Turkish English Tafsir Lesson 261-263
Al-Quran Al-Kareem – Tafsir (Exegesis) Lesson 261
On the 108th to 123rd verses of Surah al-An’am [6].
I seek shelter in Allah from the rejected Satan. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Hodja recites the 108th verse of Surah al-An’am [6].
“Do not insult those whom they invoke besides Allah, lest they insult Allah wrongfully without any knowledge. This is how We have made their deed fair-seeming to every community. Then, their return will be to their Rabb (Lord), who will inform them concerning what they used to do.”
Dear friends, some people worship rocks, trees, earth, etc. No matter what he worships other than Allah you should not insult belief because he may start insulting back out of ignorance. He may start insulting Almighty Allah. He may start cursing to Allah, to your religion, and to your book. It is said that you should not cause him to curse. Do not ever insult anyone’s gods; they worship their own idols and worship self-made nonsense; and they are all creatures. When you insult his god, then he may start insulting your God, your Rabb (Lord), and then he will have insulted Allah. He will have insulted Almighty Allah, the Mabood (Divinity). Janâb-i Haqq says we should not cause that to happen. Explain their wrongs to them via the Quran. Explain Islam and Al-Quran Al-Karim to them correctly. Do not face wrongs with other wrongs by insulting and cursing. You cannot clean dirt using something else that is dirty. Islam is real (haqq), it is bright. Islam is light (nūr), reality (haqiqa). Shed the light (nūr) of Islam over the darkness of their polytheism (shirk). Shed the light (nūr) of Islam over the darkness of their ignorance. If they believe, they believe. Otherwise, it is up to them.
This is what Janâb-i Haqq commands: “We have made their deed fair-seeming to every community, and their return will be to their Rabb (Lord) who will inform them concerning what they used to do.”
See, Janâb-i Haqq presented the reality (haqiqa) here. The reality is what is surely adorned because it is real. All beauties are in reality (haqiqa), and Islam and the Quran. Yet people do not observe whether what they are doing is right or wrong, and they find it good to worship idols. It is made fair-seeming to them when they start finding idols and polytheism (shirk) good. Then, they start seeing what is worst as best. Thus, he is deceived and led astray as a requital of his denial of reality (haqiqa). Then, misguidance (dalalah) is made fair-seeming to him. The Shaitan (Devil) polishes disbelief (kufr) non-stop with fake polish. He also adorns disbelief (kufr), polytheism (shirk), and hypocrisy (nifaq). Then, humanity follows that fake polish and abandons the real beauties. This is the rallying cry of disbelief (kufr), and the Iblīs become their companion. Then, the person goes to misguidance (dalalah) with the aid of the devil of his soul, and this is because he denied the Real (al-Haqq).
Time Stamp: 5:00
Faithful people who have wisdom who acknowledge truth and reality know about what is fake or wrong, and they distinguish between right and wrong. They call what is good good, and truth truth. They do not call misguidance (dalalah) truth (haqiqa). They never call any haram halal. They never call any halal haram because they are real discoverers who have discovered the truth (haqiqa). The light (nūr) of insight (basirat) has emerged and shined in their hearts and souls, and their polish is real, true (haqiqa). That is, the requital of everyone’s earnings are given. Everyone is free. People have been left free, do not forget this! If you forget this then you may start rebelling to your fate (qadar), revolting against Allah, and increasing your disbelief (kufr) again. Do not ever forget that you are in a test field.
Hodja recites 109th and 110th verses of Surah al-An’am [6].
“The polytheists swear by Allah with solemn oaths that were a sign to come to them they would surely believe in it. Say, ‘The signs are only with Allah,’ and how will you know that they will not believe even if the signs came to them?”
“We will turn their hearts and sights, that they, just like they did not believe in it the first time, will not believe again. And we will leave them wandering blindly in their transgression (zulm).”
So, what does Janâb-i Haqq do against denial and polytheism (shirk) when they continue to deny the signs, when they get stuck in denial and polytheism (shirk) and insist on that? Allah turns their hearts completely, distorting it. That is what Allah says, “We turn their hearts and sights that they, just like they denied the first time, will deny again.” You see, they disbelieved the first time, they got stuck into disbelief (kufr) the first time, and that disbelief (kufr) and polytheism (shirk) they had is a slander to Allah, which causes their hearts to get stuck. That is, they are the cause of this. What does Janâb-i Haqq do as a requital of their earnings? Allah says their hearts and sights will be turned. Then, they continue to disbelieve and insist on disbelief (kufr). The verse says, “And we will leave them wandering blindly in their transgression (zulm).” So, what does a person do when he is stuck in polytheism (shirk)? He goes from transgression to transgression, wrongdoing to wrongdoing, evil to more evil and he is carried away. That is, he goes deeper and deeper towards Jahannam (Hell). He goes more and more astray. Then, he doesn’t even know what he is doing because one cannot deny Allah. Allah is the right and real true God. Whatever is in the universe, we should be able to see the Creator before the creature, and sense the existence of the Creator thoroughly.
Time Stamp: 10:05
Besides, there cannot be a creature without a Creator. Whatever you see anywhere, in the universe, in the land, in the sky, in atoms, and in planets; you should be seeing the Creator first. Because there is no creature without a Creator. The Creator has always been existent, and the creatures exist by Allah’s creation. That is why the first truth and reality that you should look for is the existence of Allah, which you should be able to see with your insight (basirat), heart, and faith (iman). What is important is to sense the existence of Allah in a certain manner, and find true knowledge, and place true faith (iman) into the heart. There is no reason to deny in the land or in the heavens.
Everything is a means or cause to have faith (iman), but there is never a cause or means to deny. That is why all creatures in the heavens and in the earth are, one by one, signs of the holy omnipotence (qudrah) of Allah. One by one, they are signs and miracles. One by one, these are holy laws. It is not possible for these creatures to exist without the Holy Creator.
Hodja recites the 111st verse of Surah al-An’am [6].
“Even if We had sent down to them angels, and the dead spoke to them, and We gathered before them all things manifestly, they would still not believe except for the ones whom Allah wills. But most of them do not know,” says Janâb-i Haqq.
See, there are such people who lock their inner world and heart, and they never want to open it to faith (iman). Kufr can’t get out, and iman can’t get in. Janâb-i Haqq says there are such hearts, and We know these but you do not know. That is, none of them have the chance to come to faith (iman) except the ones whom Allah has guided. That is why Janâb-i Haqq says, “Even if We had sent down to them angels,” look Allah is saying this, “and the dead spoke to them, and We gathered everything before them manifestly, they would still not believe except for the ones whom Allah wills. But most of them do not know.” See how humanity insists on disbelief (kufr), how they prepare themselves to Jahannam (Hell), how they deny Allah, Janna (Paradise), and everlasting bounties (lutf) of Allah, how they neglect it, and how they got stuck in disbelief (kufr). O, my Muslim brother! O humanity! Extend your heart to Allah! Ask Allah for guidance (hidayat). Use your intellect (aql), and turn your heart to Almighty Allah, and beg to Allah for guidance (hidayat). Be a beggar who only begs to Allah, and beg for guidance (hidayat). Do not be deprived of guidance (hidayat) only to beg for money, be deceived by the world, and become a slave to your soul. Do not beg others and turn your back to Allah. The only Being you are to beg is Almighty Allah. So, extend your heart, use all your intellect (aql), and beg to your Rabb (Lord). Say, “O Rabb (Lord)! Bestow upon me true faith (iman), guidance (hidayat), and guide me to sirat al-mustaqim (the straight path). My Allah! Subordinate me to Muhammad. Destine me to be a good Muslim.” Prostrate (sajdah) to Allah day and night by saying these, and ask for guidance (hidayat) from Allah. Ask Allah for guidance (hidayat), ask for Allah’s companionship, ask for Allah’s mercy, ask for Allah’s rahmat (blessing), ask for Allah’s bounties (lutf) and generosity (karam). Ask, and only ask from Allah. Do not beg to anyone else, and do not ever abandon Allah’s complete gate of rahmat (blessing and mercy), excellence, and dargah al-`izzah.
Time Stamp: 15:40
Because we are servants (qul) of Allah, azza wa jalla. Allah is Subhan (Glorious). Allah is Rahman (Gracious), and Rahim (Merciful)… Denying such a Divine Entity is equal to being destroyed for eternity. Don’t you ever deny neither Allah nor Allah’s commands and laws, nor the Messenger, nor Allah’s Al-Quran Al-Karim which is the constitution (qānūn-e asāsī), nor any one of the values of Islam. Don’t you ever call something haram halal! Don’t you ever call something halal haram! These are Allah’s domain, do not transgress them, and you are ruined if you enter it with your denial and rebellion.
I am telling these to myself, but we are united as humanity. We are all children of Adam. We are all servants (qul) of Allah. I am telling these to myself, to my soul (nafs), but also it is my obligation to remind you of these, and that is why I am telling these to you, and the words I use are not my own words, rather they are utterances (kalam) of Allah. That is, aren’t we all obligated to recite Allah’s utterance (kalam), learn it, and fulfil Allah’s offers with pleasure? Beloved friend! A postman comes to your door and gives you an official document, do you not open it and read it? Do you not see where this official or non-official document came from? Don’t you open it and read it? Don’t you do what is necessary regarding it? Al-Quran Al-Karim came from Allah, it was sent to Muhammad (asw) who announced it to humanity. Al-Quran Al-Karim and Islam are offers of Allah to all servants (qul). These are provisions (hukm) and offers of Allah. Are you going to see the paper a postman brings and turn your back to what has come from Allah? Are you going to neglect it? Are you going to turn a deaf ear to it? Are you going to deny it as well, get stuck in polytheism (shirk), and seek other gods? Are you going to worship horses, wolves, your ancestors, leaders, pioneers, or simply anyone? Are you going to become a naturist or an animist? Are you going to look for philosophies to devote yourself to and go astray? Do not do it! Just see what has come from Allah, learn the truths, and then you will start taking all the truths in the world and throw away the wrongs. Every wrong must be thrown away, and every truth must be taken. Islam is an embodiment of all truths.
Hodja recites the 112th and 113th verses of Surah al-An’am [6].
See what Almighty Rabb (Lord) says. The Rabb (Lord) of all the worlds, who is our Rabb (Lord). Let us see what Allah, azza wa jalla wa Taqaddas says: “And thus, We made an enemy for every Prophet – devils from mankind and the jinn.” See, this is another form of test… Pay attention! Almighty Allah says, “And thus, We made an enemy for every Prophet – devils from mankind and the jinn.” Pay attention! There is an enemy against every Prophet. Who are they? Well, they are devils from mankind and the jinn…
Time Stamp: 20:57
Every human on the wrong path is a shaitan (devil). There are types of people who accept what is wrong such as polytheism (shirk) or disbelief (kufr), who rebel against Allah, who do not accept the sacred divine values. These are shaitans (devils) from mankind, and there are also shaitans (devils) from the jinn. There are also shaitans (devils) from animals. That is why Janâb-i Haqq says, “We made an enemy for every Prophet – devils from mankind and the jinn.” See, these shaitans (devils) that are hostile to the Prophets are also hostile to faithful Muslims and believers who believe in said Prophets. So, their helpers are also shaitans (devils). However, who are the helpers of the Prophets and those who believe in and abide by the commands and rules of Islam that the Prophet brought? Who are the helpers of this faithful community? Well, that is Allah, angels, and all other believers, and everything that Allah wills because is Allah’s help not enough? Isn’t Allah All-Powerful (al-Qadir) over everything? They want to side with the shaitans (devils), their own souls (nafs), polytheism (shirk) and disbelief (kufr), and stand against Allah. Okay, but can anyone be strong enough to stand against Allah even if all the shaitans (devils) had gathered? No. So, why are you siding with the shaitans (devils)? How can we abandon the Prophet and the book of Allah in his hands, and the true divine laws that Allah brought forth? How can we neglect those divine commands? That way we can only ruin ourselves because nobody can harm Allah. Allah is al-Aziz (The Exalted), the Undefeated, and the Victorious pre-eternally (azali) and eternally (abadi), and the possessor of izzah (might). Do you think the Prophets who are with Allah can be defeated? Can the believers be defeated? Can the Muslims, the real Muslims be defeated? People who believed in their Prophets in their eras were also Muslims. That is why Allah cannot be defeated. The hidden cause (hikmat) behind that Janâb-i Haqq makes it like this in life is for a test. Would it be a test if there weren’t any wrongs in the face of the truth? Would it be a test if there wasn’t kufr in the face of iman? Would it be a test if there wasn’t evil in the face of good? Janâb-i Haqq has created everything with their opposites, and only Allah has no equals or comparables. Allah has no opposites, no equals, no comparables, no rivals, no custodians. Primarily, that is why whatever there is besides Allah has been created with their opposites, and this is for a complete test, that is one. Secondarily, Allah has filled this to the brim with hidden causes (hikmat). What is day and night compared to one another? They are opposites, one is the opposite of the other. See the land and the sky. See life and the afterlife (ākhira). See jannah (paradise) and jahannam (hell). See electricity, even it has negative and positive. Then again, see males and females. Janâb-i Haqq knows all methods of creation, and also Janâb-i Haqq has filled everything to the brim with such hidden causes (hikmat), and prepared a test field in such a manner that Allah has first created the intellect (aql) and the pen, and the light (nūr) of Muhammad. That said, Allah has equipped humanity with abilities, skills, disposition, innate nature (fitrah), and nature. Also, Allah has brought forth Islam which is the religion (din) of people’s own innate nature (fitrah) in order to ascend humanity to summits of perfection (kamal).
Time Stamp: 25:50
Do you wish to abandon all these holy and sacred values and get stuck in disbelief (kufr) and neglect Islam? Then, Allah will throw you into jahannam (hell) and neglect you, or make it seem like you have been neglected, and leave you in that punishment. That is because you have neglected Allah and the religion (din) of Allah. Today it is the world, tomorrow it is the grave, gathering (mahshar), and then Mawlā. Do not forget this! I am reminding these of you as I am telling these to myself. I am telling these to my soul (nafs). I am saying, “O my soul (nafs)! Obey Allah, don’t you ever transgress the command of Allah!”
Do you know how you can supplicate to Allah? You say, “O my soul (nafs)!” You need to supplicate to Allah saying, “My Allah! Do not abandon me even for a split second!” You need to supplicate to Allah saying this, and all your trust, tawakkul, and submission be to Allah.
“Shaitans (devils) use flashy words to deceive one another using waswas.” What do shaitans (devils) do? They all have deceived one another, and all shaitans (devils) give waswas with flashy words. Let us see what Almighty Allah says about this.
Hodja recites a part of the 112th verse.
Just take a look, the shaitan (devil) has deceived himself and became a shaitan (devil) and then they deceive one another and continue their evil.
“Had your Rabb (Lord) wished, they would not have done it,” says Janâb-i Haqq. Janâb-i Haqq is not blocking the way of freedom and trial by force and compulsion. Allah has left everybody free, even the shaitans (devils) are free in their enormities, and they are being tested as well but they became shaitans (devils), they have failed the test, and they are trying to deceive others. As for others, they should not be deceived in the test field, and submit to Allah. They shall stand against all shaitans (devils). Right should stand against wrong. Right is victorious, wrong is defeated.
“So, leave them with what their slanders,” says Allah. Allah is giving a message to all humanity in the person of our Prophet. What are their slanders? They did not accept Allah Ta’ala by the holy attributes (sifāt), rather they associated partners with Allah. They denied monotheism (tawhid). They accepted polytheism (shirk). They did not accept belief (iman), rather they accepted disbelief (kufr). They did not accept Islam, rather they accept whatever is wrong besides Islam. Islam is an embodiment of the reality that encompasses all the worlds. We are speaking of these, but all truths belong to Islam. All Prophets are present in Islam. All realities are present in Islam. Wherever there is truth, it is Islam. Every wrong is outside Islam. As for disbelief or kufr, wherever it resides in East, West, individuals, congregations, states; they are all outside Islam. As for faith (iman), truth (haqq), justice, knowledge (ilm), wisdom (irfan), and science; these are included in Islam. Islam is the order of Allah. Can you find a place in the heavens and in the earth, in pre-eternity (azal), or eternity (abad) that is not encompassed by the laws of Allah Ta’ala? When we talk about Islam, do you think it is just an activity that you limit Muslims to a few movements they do in mosques?
Time Stamp: 30:30
Islam cannot be confined to neither mosques, nor heavens or earth. Islam is a manifestation Allah’s mercy (rahmat) and laws that encompasses the pre-eternity (azal) and eternity (abad). What do you understand when you hear the word Islam? Do you understand Arabs or Turks when we say Islam? Or do you understand the East or the West? Islam is Allah, the sovereignty of Allah, the laws of Allah, and all values brought forth by Allah; the realities that Allah has decreed are Islamic. It is Allah who personally brought forth Islam. The laws in the cosmos are laws of Islam. The laws in the land are laws of Islam. The laws of the Quran are laws of Islam. Islam’s laws are in effect for the eternity (azal). That is, in pre-eternity (azal) and eternity (abad). These are textual and cosmological ayat (verses/signs). That is why Islam cannot be confined to neither the East nor the West, and it encompasses pre-eternity (azal) and eternity (abad); because Islam is the sovereignty of Allah. It came as a mercy (rahmat) for all humanity; it is the religion of all humanity. If people don’t accept it, then it is a different story. That is up to them, they are in a test field. Some don’t accept it. It is okay, they may not accept. See, Allah has mentioned devils from mankind and the jinn in this verse of the Quran. Allah said, “Devils from mankind and the jinn.” Okay, we are all in a test, you may give wrong answers or right answers. This is a test field, and it is you who shall pass the test or fail it. Islam does not lose anything. Allah does not lose anything. It is Allah who conducts the test, and it is Allah who has given the freedom. Allah Ta’ala is the sole guarantor of freedom. That is because all people are what? Can they vouch for each other’s freedom? No, nobody can. Someone who is completely free is needed to guarantee freedom, which is nobody but Allah. The Creator of all creatures or makhluqat is also the guarantor of freedom and liberty. As for you, you are obligated to implement this social justice in the world. You shall be saved if you fulfil your duty. Otherwise, even when Azrail (a.s.) takes your life, justice will be manifested to you; and what will he do in return for your disbelief (kufr), polytheism (shirk), and transgression (zulm)? He will say, “This is what you deserve,” and take your life the same way as the lives of every transgressor are taken. As for those who obey Allah, their lives will be taken gently in return for their faith (iman) and deeds (amal) because they have obeyed the principles of Allah.
Hodja recites the 1st verse of Surah al-Nazi’at [79].
“By those who extract [the souls] violently,”
Hodja recites the 2nd verse of Surah al-Nazi’at [79].
“and those who draw out [the souls] gently.”
There is so much more…
That is why, dearest friends; we continue to recite the holy ayat (signs/verses) of our Almighty Rabb (Lord).
Hodja recites the 113rd verse of Surah al-An’am [6].
Let us see what Almighty Rabb (Lord) says in this verse of the Quran.
“They do this so that the hearts of those who do not believe in the afterlife (ākhira) may incline towards those flashy ornaments, and so that they may be pleased with it and continue to commit the crimes they commit.”
As you see, Janâb-i Haqq has something in return for every crime. Allah imposes a penalty according to the person’s crime, sin, disbelief (kufr), or polytheism (shirk) as requital.
Time Stamp: 35:20
In the end, those evil-doings become so polished in his eyes and they shine; and all evil starts looking fair-seeming to him. He starts seeing good things, and right and reality, as evil. Such a bad situation. And the following is said about the hearts of those who disbelieve in the afterlife (ākhira). See the situation of the faithless hearts, they do not believe in the afterlife (ākhira), and that is why it is said that they do this so that their hearts may be deceived with that flashy polish. And so that they like it, and continue committing the crimes they commit. That is, the person urges from one crime to the other, and he continues that way. The person’s own soul (nafs) makes it along with his shaitans (devils). All the devils, along with those who are on the wrong path, continue to embellish this wrong with ostentatious ornaments.
Hodja recites the 114th verse of Surah al-An’am [6].
Let us see what our Almighty Rabb (Lord) says: “Even though Allah is the One who has revealed Al-Quran Al-Karim to you explained in detail…” The whole world should pay attention, do they want salvation or not? Allah personally explains the Quran, and we are making the translation. See, “Even though Allah has explained the Holy Quran in detail, and even though it has been revealed in detail, should I seek someone other than Allah as judge? And those to whom We have given the Book know that the Quran has been sent down from your Rabb (Lord) with the truth. So, do not be one of the sceptics.”
Here, we see that all Muslims of the world are warned in the person of our beloved Prophet. Saying you should never fall into a situation where you doubt these truths, and do not ever have second thoughts because Al-Quran Al-Karim and Islam is a complete reality. It requires a certain belief or yaqeen iman. See, a yaqeen iman is absolute belief, it defies and destroys doubt. Can there be doubt next to reality? Darkness falls the moment the Sun rises, and just like that there cannot be doubt where the reality of Islam and the Quran is present. Allah explains the Quran. Janâb-i Haqq says even though it has been revealed in detail, this is how you should announce the truth to all humanity. Say, “Should I seek another judge besides Allah?”
Therefore, dearest friends… Janâb-i Haqq says the following in the next verse.
Hodja recites the 115th verse of Surah al-An’am [6].
Almighty Rabb (Lord) says, “The word of your Rabb (Lord) has been fulfilled in truth and justice.”
See, the word of Allah is the complete truth and justice, because it belongs to Allah.
“No one can change Allah’s words.” There is nobody who can change Allah’s words, that is utterly impossible. Allah’s words cannot be changed. Besides, there is no second God. Those who changed it have distorted the Bible and they wanted to distort the Torah, and they did, they falsified it, or they concealed the truths. What did those who conceal do? They have ruined themselves, but Al-Quran Al-Karim has no chance of being distorted because it is the last book. It is the acknowledger of truth (musadiq) of the Bible, and the Torah. Al-Quran Al-Karim is the acknowledger of truth (musadiq) and witness of the real Bible and the real Torah. It has completely renewed their provisions (hukm), and actually, the truth is that Al-Quran Al-Karim mandates believing in all original texts (asl) of all the Books of Allah.
Time Stamp: 40:45
All divine books are present in the fundamentals or amantu of Muslims, including all Prophets. That is why the word of our Rabb (Lord) has been fulfilled in truth and justice, and it is complete. It is complete in terms of truth and justice. Nothing has been omitted in Islam. Omits are pertain to the lesser minds that don’t accept Islam.
The verse says: “No one can change Allah’s words, and Allah is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.”
See, Allah listens to us. Allah hears everything, and knows everything, and watches us constantly. What do each one of us do? Are we revolting, are we obeying Allah? Allah watches and inspects us. Allah encompasses all the words with omnipotence (qudrah), and incorporates them into the sovereignty. Allah encompasses everything in knowledge (ilm). Allah encompasses everything, some with mercy (rahmat), and some with wrath and anger. Allah encompasses the universe pre-eternally (azali) and eternally (abadi) with manifestation of majesty (jalal) and beauty (jamal). One cannot stand against Allah, nor can he deny any command of Allah. So, submit to Allah with pleasure. If you become a droplet in an ocean, then you as a droplet will be nourished by the whole ocean, and never see drought. If every person becomes a droplet in Islam, then they will be nourished by Islam, which is the manifestation of Allah’s pre-eternal and eternal (azali wa abadi) mercy (rahmat). Get into this mercy (rahmat), and be nourished for eternity. O mankind who claims to have intellect (aql)! See how fish loses its life when it gets out of water, your life is ruined the same way when you get out of Islam. Your life will be ruined because outside of belief (iman) is disbelief (kufr); and outside of monotheism (tawhid) is polytheism (shirk). Outside of janna is jahannam. Do not forget this! What is outside health? That is sickness. What is outside well-being? That is misery.
As for Islam, it is a divine establishment of bliss that incorporates whatever is necessary for felicity and eternal happiness. It is a holy establishment of bliss, a divine order, which everyone is helpless to explain. That is why it is said the name of our lectures is the lessons of the life-giving light (nūr). Yes, these are lessons of the life-giving light (nūr) that renders one blissful for eternity. We do not polish the apple for anyone, nor do we distort the truths because we would be doing the gravest evil to both ourselves and others if we did. The truths should be disclosed honestly, without being distorted, not according to anyone’s disposition but based on the pleasure (riza) of Allah. Therefore, unless the duties are fulfilled, we will all be at a loss, which is a pity.
Time Stamp: 45:57
Now, let us continue with what Janâb-i Haqq has said in these verses of Surah al-An’am [6], our lecture continues. Right now, we are at the 116th verse of Surah al-An’am [6]. We have tried to follow Al-Quran Al-Karim in order from the beginning.
Hodja recites the 116th and 117th verses of Surah al-An’am [6].
Let us see what our Almighty Rabb (Lord) says in these verses of the Quran.
“If you obey most of those on the earth, they will mislead you from the way of Allah.” The truth (haqq) is not in quantity, rather it is in right (haqq) and reality (haqiqa). Whether it is less or more, the truth (haqq) is where reality (haqiqa) is present. See what Janâb-i Haqq says here: “If you obey most of those in the earth, they will mislead you from the way of Allah. Even if you are the sole person in the world, still side with the truth (haqq) and reality (haqiqa). Even if they pointed all guns, arrows, atom bombs, and weapons in the world to your chest, still side with the truth (haqq). Do not even make a single concession to the transgressors (zalimun) of not only this world but even a few worlds combined. And be prepared to die a billion times, but do not show consent to disbelief (kufr). Do not go out of Islam. Do not go out of the truth (haqq). Be on the side of truth (haqq) and Allah. Hear ye! Hear ye! This is a reality (haqiqa). This is the work of Allah, not of mere slaves (qul). This is the work of Allah, the Creator of life. This is the work of Allah, who created death and resurrection, jannah (paradise) and jahannam (hell), and Ruz-i Cezâ (the Last Day). This is not a work of mere slaves (qul). Atoms are nothing compared to the omnipotence (qudrah) of Allah, they are nothing. A man dies and becomes a martyr, and goes to the great palaces in the candela of the ninth heaven. There is no doubt about it, this is martyrdom. Martyrdom is the name of living at the command of Allah with faith (iman), and dying.
See, some people serve disbelief (kufr), and take his position at the command of disbelief (kufr), and go to a position at the command of polytheism (shirk) and serve there, and they die therein. Those who are at the command of disbelief (kufr) are not martyrs, rather they are the cadre of the Shaitan (Devil). They descend towards the depths of jahannam (hell). No one at the command of disbelief (kufr) can become a martyr. That happens by working for the better good of humanity at the command of Allah with faith (iman), and Islam is goodness and benefit from a to z. Islam came to embrace all humanity with the mercy and blessing (rahmat), and justice of Allah. At first, let us know what Islam is. That is, is it a religion (din) that was sent to Muhammad and certain people in the Arabian Peninsula, and certain Turks? This religion is the religion of Allah. Allah is the Rabb (Lord) of the worlds and all humanity. Islam came for all people. Al-Quran Al-Karim came for all humanity. Muhammad was sent as a Prophet upon all people. This is a truth and reality (haqiqa) whether you accept it or not. As for Hz. Muhammad, he embraces Isa (Jesus) and calls him “brother” because he is a Prophet of the same belief. He also embraces Musa (Moses) and calls him “brother,” because he is a Prophet of the same belief. Al-Quran Al-Karim incorporates the Torah, the Psalms, the Bible, and the Scriptures in its fundamentals or amantu; and the faith (iman) of Islam is universal.
Time Stamp: 50:00
Are you aware that by denying Islam, denying the Quran, and denying Muhammad, you are actually denying all Prophets? Are you aware that you are denying Allah? Islam embraces all values of the past, incorporating it into its fundamentals or amantu. Believing in all Prophets is mandatory in the amantu of Islam. Islamic amantu mandates believing in all Prophets. Islamic amantu mandates believing in all divine books. Islamic amantu incorporates all divine books. Al-Quran Al-Karim and Hz. Muhammad have incorporated them into the amantu and placed the past before you. Then, Allah has renewed all of them with the Quran, preserving them. The way antique artifacts from the past are preserved in shelves, all Prophets and all Holy Books of the past are preserved in the amantu of Islam, they are protected, and Al-Quran Al-Karim is the acknowledger of truth (musadiq), and guardian (muhaymin). What do you think Al-Quran Al-Karim is? Do you think it is a book of Arabs or Turks, or simply anyone? Do you think it is like non-divine books that some people made-up and wrote, and they lead people to believe it? It is not. The Islamic theologists in the world, and all priests, clergy, ministry, and popes in the world should put their hands on their hearts, and work for the better good of humanity, and right (haqq) and reality (haqiqa). Nobody should give a wrong message to humanity. It is a shame, really.
Nobody has a right to leave people orphans, and kill their fathers and mothers, and nobody has the right to exploit the rights of humanity, and just like that nobody has the right to lead people to believe in misguidance (dalalah) as if it is reality (haqiqa). We should present and offer the reality (haqiqa) to humanity.
Let us all be happy. Why should you or I fight while Allah is One and the principles of Allah are manifest. The reality (haqiqa) is out there. All Prophets are in consensus, they have the same belief, all holy books belong to Allah, the One. There is a disagreement in the world today. There is disbelief (kufr), polytheism (shirk), hypocrisy (nifaq) and idolatry; and there are those who fan the flames with bellows regarding various belief systems, and they cause people to deviate from reality (haqiqa) either this or that way, why are they doing this evil? Will they not answer to Allah for it? Islam says, “Come! O humanity! Our Rabb (Lord) is Allah, the One. Let us be servants (qul) of Allah. Let us be brothers!” Al-Quran Al-Karim says, “O humanity! Allah, the One has sent Muhammad as a Prophet of Mercy upon all the worlds, come and let us accept the truths that Allah has sent down to that Prophet, and be brothers.”
“O humanity! Allah has sent down Al-Quran Al-Karim upon the worlds as the last book, as the last sharia (law) of Islam. Let us accept the principles of the Book of Allah. Let us be one and united. Let us be brothers,” says the religion of Islam. Islam is embracement of the mercy (rahmat) of Allah. This is a unity of mercy (rahmat), a unity of brotherhood, a unity of peace, a unity of happiness, and Islam calls to this! As long as you deny Allah, and Allah’s book which is the Quran, and Muhamad, and as long as you neglect them, Allah will throw you into jahannam (hell) and neglect you, and leave you in punishment as if you have been forgotten. So, do not say you have not been informed.
Time Stamp: 55:05
That happens to me if I do it, and you if you do it. Therefore, I have no right to say anything to anyone before I speak to my own soul (nafs), and I am telling these to my soul (nafs). My amantu includes all Prophets. My amantu includes all divine books. Why do you deny? Why do you deny the reality (haqiqa)? The Sun that illuminated the world yesterday shall rise and illuminate again tomorrow, are you denying because you think it will not? Is the Allah of pre-eternity and eternity (azal wa abad) not Allah? Come, renounce this misconception. Janâb-i Haqq says, “If you obey most of those in the earth, they will mislead you from the way of Allah.” Do you remember which verse that is? Let me remind you so that you may never forget! This is the 116th verse of Surah al-An’am [6].
Hodja recites the 116th verse of Surah al-An’am [6].
What does Janâb-i Haqq say? Says, “They do not follow anything but assumption, and they do nothing but surmise.”
That is a message to all humanity in the person of Hz. Muhammad. That is, they only follow assumptions and say nothing but nonsense. What is outside reality (haqiqa)? That is nonsense. As for the Quran, it is reality (haqiqa). The prophethood of Muhammad is a reality (haqiqa). Allah personally witnesses it because Muhammad is a Messenger and Prophet sent personally by Allah, and he is a Prophet of Mercy upon all the worlds. That is why the truth is not in quantity.
Now, place a sack of beads there, and then place a single pearl next to it, or place a piece of diamond or ruby, or use another valuable gem. Now, do you think the value of that diamond or ruby will decline because the beads are more numerous? Can you buy a piece of diamond, ruby, or emerald with a whole sack of beads? Can it buy a gem?
Quantity in things other than reality (haqiqa) have no value with Allah. True value is in reality (haqiqa), which is your faith (iman), good deeds (amal-e-saleh), and obedience to Allah. One gains value by being at the command of Allah. Servitude is not possible through worshipping people or idols slavishly. That is a slander to Allah. That is why, dearest friends! Surely, your Rabb (Lord) knows who deviated from the path. Allah knows best those who are on the right path. Allah knows everything. Besides, Allah will judge everyone in Allah’s court. Sayer of every word, whose laws are valid is Allah. Allah will say the last word, and judge everyone. Allah will judge all judges, along with all theologists, all states people, all rich people, all poor people, coloured or colourless, everyone who says “I am human or jinn,” will be judged whether they had ranks or positions in the world or not. The only things valid with Allah are faith (iman), good deeds (amal-e-saleh), and obedience to Allah. That is, obedience the way Allah wanted it. That is, faith (iman) the way Allah wanted it, not the way others wanted it. One cannot worship or obey Allah through innovations (bid’ah) that some people made-up at a whim. So, do not say nobody informed you.
Time Stamp: 1:00:05
Al-Quran Al-Karim shall continue to give divine messages to people, and shine as a holy message under the life-giving light (nūr). The Quran is life-giver, not life-taker. It is Al-Quran Al-Karim that gives eternally blissful life. True light (nūr) and illumination is in the enlightenment of the Quran.
That is why, valuable friends! Janâb-i Haqq says the following.
Hodja recites the 118th and 119th verses of Surah al-An’am [6].
Let us see what Janâb-i Haqq said in these verses of the Quran: “So, if you are believers in the ayat (signs) of Allah, then eat of animals that are slaughtered with Allah’s name mentioned over them.”
As it is Allah who created all animals, in order to slaughter one and eat it, you need to mention Allah’s name. O fellow! You are living in the dominion (mulk) of Allah, eating Allah’s bounty (nimat). If you slaughter a creature of Allah without accepting Allah, by denying Allah, or by mentioning someone else, then it cannot be eaten. Why? Because you are taking what belongs to Allah and ascribe it to someone besides Allah. What you slaughter cannot be eaten. You are turning something acceptable (maqbul) and lawful (halal) into an inedible haram thing. You are to mention Allah’s name because it is a bounty (nimat) created by Allah. That is a grace (lutf) of Allah. If you deny something belonging to Allah belongs to Allah, and mention someone else’s name whereas you should have mentioned Allah’s name, then what you slaughter cannot be eaten, just take it away.
True health and well-being and halal is when you slaughter a bounty (nimat) of Allah in the dominion (kingdom) of Allah by mentioning Almighty Allah’s name. That said, don’t you ever try to slaughter an animal that belongs to someone else. Do not extort someone’s right, and take it from him unjustly, because even if you recite a thousand basmala, it cannot be eaten still. Why? Because it belongs to someone else, and you cannot take it unjustly and eat it. Besides, you cannot turn something halal into a haram. In Turkish we call it “you have turned a musmul (pure) into a mundar (impure)”. So, you should not turn something pure into something impure. It is said that you need to mention Allah’s name.
“Then eat from the animals that are slaughtered with Allah’s name mentioned over them,” and do not abandon basmala intentionally. That which is slaughtered by polytheists (mushrikun) can’t be eaten. What is slaughtered not by mentioning Allah’s name but someone else’s name cannot be eaten. Only animals you can eat from are the ones slaughtered by believers and ahlul kitab (people of the book). In other words, Janâb-i Haqq has expanded the scope of permission here so that the field of halal ones is not small. Allah knows best.
Dearest friends!
“What is up with you that you do not eat of that which has been slaughtered by Allah’s name being mentioned? When indeed, Allah has explained to you in detail what has been forbidden to you except what you are compelled by extreme necessity? Surely, many do lead people astray by their own desires through lack of knowledge. Certainly, your Rabb (knows) best those who transgress.”
Beloved friends! Nobody should call halal things haram. Now, some people do not accept the rules Allah brought forth with Islam, and make-up rules at a whim. And then they eat what suits the rule they themselves made-up at a whim. And they do not accept or what Allah has called halal, nor do they eat it. That is a different kind of nonsensical deviancy. Only what is said by Allah is the truth, not anyone else’s.
Time Stamp: 1:05:45
That is why, beloved friends!
Hodja recites the 120th and 121st verses of Surah al-An’am [6].
Almighty Rabb (Lord) says, “ Abstain from sin, open and secret!” because there is no open or secret for Allah. Allah sees even if you commit sin secretly, and you are under Allah’s constant watch. Some people may not feel embarrassed in front of Allah. Allah exists, and watches you, observes you. How can you commit a sin knowing Allah is watching you?
The only Being you need to feel embarrassed in the face of is Allah Ta’ala, right? The only Being that you are to love and fear Allah Ta’ala, right? That is why the verse says, “Abstain from sin, open and secret!” because it is a rebellion to Allah. Each and every sin is a rebellion to Allah. If you committed it, then repent, ask for forgiveness immediately, and appeal to Allah for mercy, and try not to commit it ever again. “Indeed, those who commit sins shall be requited for what they used to commit.” Who says it? Well, our Almighty Rabb (Lord) does. What does Allah say here?
Hodja recites the original text of the aforementioned quote. These are holy utterances (kalam) and holy signs (ayat) of our Rabb (Lord). Allah also says, “Do not eat anything of that over which Allah’s Name has not been mentioned.” Allah’s name has to be mentioned because this universe belongs to Allah. The dominion (mulk) belongs to Allah. The bounties (nimat) belong to Allah. Everything alive or inanimate, and everything that has been bestowed belong to Allah. Whatever there is in the heavens and in the earth… Allah’s name and Allah’s laws are valid. Nobody else is valid because there is no other deity. How can anyone else be valid?
That is why you should not eat of that over which Allah’s name has not been mentioned. One should say, “Bismillah-i Allahu Akbar – بسم الله الله أكبر” while slaughtering an animal. This should be said, or the butcher must have at least minimal belief in him because eating it to go astray. That is, if you eat of that over which Allah’s name has not been mentioned, then you go out of the luminous order that Allah has brought forth. You transgress beyond the rules of Allah into the field of prohibitions. Don’t worry, they will catch you there. There are armies of Allah, real armies are the ones that belong to Allah. The verse goes, “The shaitans (devils) inspire their friends to dispute with you.” Now, against realistic people who are believers, there are shaitans (devils) and their friends who mess with them. This is the basis of the struggle between right (haqq) and wrong (batil). Shaitans (devils) and their friends stand against the order that Allah established.
Time Stamp: 1:9:58
That said, they wage war on Muslims who side with the order Allah established. They resort to every means possible. They want to cause chaos in individuals, groups, states, and nations around the globe, and they want to paint the world in blood. Just take a look, all the wars happened in the world, none of them have been done to implement divine justice on earth in the name of peace. We only see wars led by tyrants (zalimun), and murderers. War should only be waged in the world for manifestation of peace and divine justice on earth. See, the man segregates people, invent terror, and looks for excuses to wage war, and he invents an excuse, and he starts shedding blood, and he calls it this or that. One of them is a one-star tyrant (zalim) whereas the other is a five-star tyrant (zalim). One tyrant (zalim) hands it over to another tyrant (zalim), but who is suffering? Humanity is suffering, and Islam does not accept any of that! Islam is against every tyrant (zalim). Islam sides with social justice and prosperity and happiness of all humanity because all humanity consists of servants (qul) of Allah. Islam does not want anyone to be persecuted. Divine justice and social mercy must be manifested. Allah’s mercy and blessing (rahmat) is more than enough for everyone as long as you implement justice correctly, and divide things correctly.
Janâb-i Haqq says that shaitans inspire their friends to struggle with you. Where does Janâb-i Haqq say this? Hodja recites a part of the 121st verse of Surah al-An’am [6]. See, this is the verse. We do not say anything of our own. It is the tyrants who shed blood in the world, killing people in masses. Especially anti-Islamic powers are attacking the Muslims. Even though Islam has no faults or imperfections, they still invent a criminal, and then they kill Muslims, including women and children in the name of that criminal. This is a modern killing in the world. This is a contemporary tyranny, which is harmful for all people. If those who have weapons today do that, then when the power is possessed by someone else, do you think he should shed blood again because this time he has the power and weapons? Why don’t we ensure justice in the world, and establish social justice, social mercy, and peace in the world? People are all servants (qul) of Allah. Why can’t we live in peace? People are shedding blood in the name of unearned income, to exploit humanity, in the name of fascism, disbelief (kufr), or polytheism (shirk). Do you think Allah has looked the other way? Allah will take retribution (intiqam).
Hodja recites a part of the 47th verse of Surah Ibrahim [14].
See what Janâb-i Haqq says.
“I am the owner of retribution (intiqam), I shall take My retribution (intiqam),” says Allah. Allah will take retribution, and justice will be fulfilled. No tyrant (zalim) will get away with what they have done. I am telling this to my soul (nafs), and also to you.
That is why beloved friends! The 121st verse says, “And if you obey them, you will indeed be among those who ascribe partners with Allah.” Janâb-i Haqq warns us here. So, do not side with any polytheist, and do not follow them or obey them. Do not side with any man of disbelief (ahlul kufr), or man of transgression (ahlul zulm). Always side with faith (iman), truth (haqq), justice, reality (haqiqa), mercy, social justice, peace, and brotherhood.
Time Stamp: 1:15:00
Besides, this is what Islam is. Islam is the peace of the world. Islam is the peace of the heavens. Islam is the peace of the heavens and the earth. Had the command of Islam had been fulfilled, there would not have been any distortion or corruption in humanity, in the jinn, in the heavens, in the earth, in the seas, in the air, or in the land. See, whatever humans touch gets destroyed, or gets distorted. Mankind has been created not that they should corrupt things, rather to advance from true to more true, what is good to what is better, for advancement (taraqqi). Mankind has not been created to corrupt things. They make one thing but break five others. The world should not let those who corrupt things, rather they should allow what is beneficial. People have no right to corrupt everything, even the land, the atmosphere, seas, air, water, even vegetables and fruits we eat. Do they have the right to disrupt peace? Do they have any right to corrupt hearts and souls by promoting polytheism (shirk) and disbelief (kufr)? What Allah says is right is right. So, let us present this truth to people and then make discoveries in the heavens and the earth, and speed up scientific studies, but let us not corrupt things. Let us speed up beneficial studies, not harmful ones, and let us not give opportunity to those who use science for evil and malignancy. We should unite all learned Islamic scholars (âlims) and scientists in the world who side with beneficial work, peace, tranquillity, justice, and brotherhood. Let us unite all our explorers and mujtahids who study what is right and real (haqq wa haqiqa), and let us adopt scholarly and socially beneficial resolutions.
Janâb-i Haqq says the following while informing us servants (qul) of the truths.
Hodja recites the 122nd verse of Surah al-An’am [6].
“Is the one whom We have given life with guidance (hidayat) when he was dead, and given him a light (nūr) whereby he walks among the people be like the one who is in a manifold darkness which he cannot leave?” says Janâb-i Haqq and adds, “Thus, to the disbelievers (kāfirs) what they were doing is made fair-seeming.” See, as long as they disbelieve (kufr) and deny, their disbelief (kufr) looks fair-seeming to them. But see what is said, who is the one who is given life with guidance? See, Allah has drawn him from disbelief (kufr) with guidance (hidayat) into faith (iman) and Islam. Allah has settled faith (iman), truth (haqq), and reality (haqiqa) into his bosom, and he became a true Muslim, submitted to Allah. See, these are the ones whom Allah has resurrected with a guidance (hidayat), who came from wrong (batil) to right (haqq). As for those who insist on wrong (batil), they are never considered alive. They sink deeper and deeper as they grovel in punishment. Their worldly lives are misery, and their graves and mahshar are jahannam (hell). That is why the way of happiness is to live in the world with faith (iman), in an environment of truth (haqq) and reality (haqiqa), and to be recipients of the guidance (hidayat) of Allah. That is why Janâb-i Haqq has said that.
Time Stamp: 1:20:00
See, “The one whom We resurrected from death with guidance (hidayat), whom We gave a light (nūr) whereby he walks among the people…” What is that light (nūr)? It is faith (iman) and Al-Quran Al-Karim, which is light (nūr). Faith (iman) is a light (nūr) in the heart. “The one who is in a manifold darkness which he cannot leave,” who are they? See, they have been stuck in disbelief (kufr). That is what is said. Is he like the one who got stuck in disbelief (kufr) which he cannot escape?” One walks in darkness while the other walks in light (nūr). Faith (iman) and Islam are a light (nūr) that Allah has lit, and it shines forever, it is always luminous. As for disbelief (kufr) and polytheism (shirk), these are nothing but darkness, and their outcome is an eternal punishment in the dungeons of jahannam (hell). However, it is said that what disbelievers (kāfirs) do is made fair-seeming to them. So, whoever got infected with disbelief (kufr) accepts dark as light.
See how bats escape from light, and stay in darkness. And microbes, as you know, they reproduce in the vilest of places. As for people, when they choose disbelief (kufr) and polytheism (shirk) instead of faith (man), knowledge (ilm), wisdom (irfan), and science, they start seeing dark as light, and darkness is made fair-seeming to them, which is a shame. And they sink deeper and deeper into it.
They go from utter darkness to pitch-blackness, and this danger continues until disbelief (kufr) is thrown away and faith (iman) is settled. May Janâb-i Haqq look and see! We supplicate by acknowledging our helplessness, ignorance, and unwariness: “My Allah! Make our faiths (imans) perfect and lasting, make our deeds good, make our morals the best possible morals. Make us among the servants (qul) who have peace inside and outside, who strive for peace, truth, and justice in the world. Admit us into Your mercy and blessing (rahmat), and your grace (fazl), and make us among Your most blissful servants (qul). My Allah! Do not leave us to ourselves, grace us, and have mercy on us. O Rabb (Lord) of the worlds! Power is from you, strength is from you, guidance (hidayat) is from you, generosity is from you; you are the companion, you are the possessor of guidance (hidayat)! Please, we wish for endless bounties (nimat), and unfailing comfort to our eyes (qurrata aʿyunin). Please accept.”
May Janâb-i Haqq accept our prayer (dua). Of course, we pray in the name of all humanity. All people are from us, and we are from them. However, there is a grave misconception because one has chosen disbelief (kufr) while the other is believing (iman). Some denied faith (iman), and naturally it is an obligation upon the other to deny disbelief (kufr). You need to deny disbelief (kufr) but this translates to the following: You need to work towards saving him from disbelief (kufr) with your mercy, knowledge (ilm) and learning (irfan); and present him the truth for him to be at ease in his own conscience and fulfil his duty of beneficial work for the better good of humanity. One should not wish for his salvation while letting the other burn. This is the purpose of our life-giving lesson. This is the purpose of the life-giving light (nūr), which is to save and enlighten all humanity. We are not saviours, only Allah is the Saviour with Islam and Al-Quran Al-Karim. It is Allah who saves people with Islam. It is Allah who guides with Islam. As for those who deny Islam, they run away from guidance straight to jahannam (hell). They are those who turned their backs to jannah (paradise). I am talking in plain Turkish so that everybody may understand. I narrate this in a way that everyone may understand, otherwise I may simply express this using the holiest and best terms and leave you to figure it out or not, but this makes my conscience feel uneasy.
Time Stamp: 1:25:22
This is because the purpose of rhetoric is to make it understandable for people, that is true rhetoric, otherwise it is not about making literature.
Astaizu billah.
Hodja recites the 123rd verse of Surah al-An’am [6].
Janâb-i Haqq is saying this in this holy verse: “Thus, We made the leaders of every city the most wicked (muj’rim) to plot therein. But they are doing evil not except against themselves, and they do not perceive it.”
See, the word muj’rim here means he who commits jurm (sin).
So, every muj’rim who commits sin, haram, and transgress (zulm), and especially the leaders of jurm (sin), the top statespeople and bigwigs, who are actually bigwigs of tyranny; it is said that they actually doing evil against themselves.
Why? Because Allah shall get the rights of the innocent, but from whom? Well, that is from the wrongdoers (zalimun). Allah will not leave them with it. So, to whom did this muj’rim do evil? He did it to himself, and Allah shall take from him the rights and remedies of those innocent people. The innocent and the oppressed shall get their rights from the tyrants (zalim) in Allah’s court of justice. He who doubts this has no faith (iman). Can one doubt Allah or the justice of Allah? Get your mind straight! Do you think you will receive anything other than what you planted in this world? Do you think you will get more for your money? These words are nothing but signs of faithlessness. You shall plant here and harvest there; in this world you need to have faith (iman) and good deeds (amal-e-saleh).

Al-Quran Al-Kareem – Tafsir (Exegesis) Lesson 262
On the 124th verse of Surah al-An’am [6].
I seek shelter in Allah from the rejected Satan. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
You need to earn with those, and what will everybody do tomorrow in the great gathering (mahshar)? They will say, “O me! O my soul!” There are souls that are willing to give their spouses and children to save themselves. They say, “Take my spouse and children away as long as I am saved.” There are souls that say, “Take my whole family and all my ancestors away as long as I am saved from jahannam (hell).” Do you think they have a chance to be saved? No, they do not. To whom are you giving things in there? O people! Get your head straight! Give to charity in this world. Donate your gold in this world. Donate your wealth and goods in this world in the name of Allah so that they may be seen and found in the great gathering (mahshar), in your deed book, and in the scale (mizan). Do all your good deeds in this world, but never do evil here because you will harvest in the great gathering (mahshar) whatever you have planted here.
Astaizu billah.
Hodja recites the 124th verse of Surah al-An’am [6].
“When a sign (ayat) comes to them, they say, ‘We will not believe unless the same of what is given to the Messengers of Allah are given to us.’.” See, they have a broken mentality; these are astray mentalities. What has been sent down to the Prophet has come for all humanity. Can everyone be a Prophet? Is it something at your whim? Or is Allah at your command? Or, are we at Allah’s command? Yes, we are at Allah’s command. Allah has revealed the Book to the Prophet. What more do you want? What more do you seek?
See, he wants something personally, and looks at the Prophet, but never understands Allah correctly no matter what. He looks at the Messenger, and insults him. He is unaware that he is actually insulting the one who sent him. Who has sent the Messenger, Muhammad? Allah sent him. Get your mind straight! See, that is what is said here. Allah knows best to whom to give prophethood. Can anyone give advice to Allah? No, they can’t. Allah has created intellects (aql). That is right, so why do you object to the Messenger and the Book that Allah has sent?
“Soon the guilty will be visited by a degradation before Allah and a severe punishment because of the plots they used to devise.”
See, the punishments are equal to the crimes, and Allah’s justice shall be manifested. The requital of disbelief (kufr), polytheism (shirk), hypocrisy (nifaq), and transgression (zulm) is indeed jahannam (hell). That said, every disbeliever (kāfir) is a transgressor (zalim), and every polytheist (mushrik) is a transgressor (zalim). Yet every transgressor transgresses and become major sinners but not disbelievers (kāfir).
That is why, dearest friends, let us try to comprehend the truths. Let us try to understand well! May Janâb-i Haqq make us among the servants (qul) who truly knows all truths in the best possible manner, who have faith (iman) and good deeds, who are happy in both words, who live blissfully in the life-giving light (nūr) for eternity, who find true life, who attain Allah’s pleasure (riza) and jamal (beauty), who attain the ultimate meeting… See, servitude (qulship) to Allah is the real sultanate, do not forget this!
Insha ‘Allah, this life-giving lessons of ours will continue as long as we live. We will continue to present these lessons to you as long as Allah graces us with generosity. The only reason is that you are from us and we are from you. We are all servants (qul) of Allah. We love you; we have to love you. Love in Islam is like never-ending oceans. Love in Islam is endless and boundless because Allah’s love does not fade away. If a servant (qul) has love of Allah, then he loves others for Allah. This love is essential (asl) it is not a made-up love or something else. See, let us follow what is essential (asl) and be real. Let us adopt the love, the life-style the Holy One brought forth, and the light (nūr) that the Holy One has lit. And the spirit that Allah has given, and that soul gives life. We are talking about that life-style, and the truth of it is the truth of Islam. May Allah make us all among servants (qul) who are true Muslims.

Al-Quran Al-Kareem – Tafsir (Exegesis) Lesson 263
On the 124th verse of Surah al-An’am [6].
I seek shelter in Allah from the rejected Satan. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Dearest friends!
Now, we will mention certain explanatory notes regarding the discovery notes of the aforementioned verses, and try to help you to understand them better. Janâb-i Haqq has mentioned basar (vision), basirat (insight), and firasat (keen vision) in these verses of the Quran. When a person cognizes as is due with his intelligence, understanding, and keen vision (firasat), and when that cognizance is clear and bright, it is called insight (basirat). That is a divine light (nūr). Now, let me repeat. When a person cognizes as is due with his intelligence, understanding, and keen vision (firasat), and when that cognizance is clear and bright, it is called insight (basirat), which is a divine light (nūr). The person understands reality (haqiqa) when this divine light (nūr) of insight (basirat) settles into his heart, then sees and shines.
He will take pleasure in Islam, faith (iman), and reality (haqiqa) because he sees the truth. There is an eye of the heart therein. The eye of the heart, the essence of life… Love… That is the love of Allah. Allah’s light (nūr) starts encompassing the heart, encompassing the soul, which takes away wrongs and binds you to the truth (haqq). Basar is to see with your physical eyes and perfect understanding. Seeing with your physical eye in the real sense, and having a perfect understanding is called basar which means sight. And the sight in the heart is called basirat (insight). As for the perfect cognizance that happens with the heart’s eye, that real and undoubted knowledge is called insight (basirat). Every knowledge of Islam is right and real and certain knowledge, and when these knowledges settle in the heart, then occurs a complete insight (basirat). Faith (iman) and hidayat (guidance) are factors that strengthen it, make it more resilient. That is, Al-Quran Al-Karim and its manifest signs (ayat). Are you looking for a cause, or are you looking for means? Are you looking for means for faith (iman) and guidance (hidayat), then the means are Al-Quran Al-Karim and Hz. Muhammad. These are the book, sunnah (customs), ijma (consensus), and the knowledge (ilm) of the Islamic scholars (âlims) who know this well. Now, please pay attention to this! Yes, abide by knowledge (ilm), but only true knowledge (haqq ilm), not false ones.
Learn the Quran from a to z along with sunnah (customs), ijma (consensus), and qiyas (analogy) from its scholarly source, without taking sides or mixing-up things into it, only based on the pleasure (riza) of Allah. And look for the knowledge (ilm) of scholarly and learned people. Do not try to look at individuals and their lives! Do not look for miracles in the heavens or in the earth. Do not look for those who fly or walk on the seas, but look for true knowledge (ilm), learning (irfan), insight (basirat). The embodiment of guidance (hidayat) is the Quran itself, and reaching its knowledge (ilm) is called insight (basirat), do not forget this! It is the embodiment of insight (basirat), the greatest sign, witness, evidence (bayyina), and it is a source of lessons, these do not come without it. Insight (basirat) is the light (nūr) of Al-Quran Al-Karim entering and shining in the heart. The knowledge of the Quran is light (nūr). It enters the heart and shines, and insight (basirat) occurs. Manifest signs (ayat) and divine evidence have been revealed to our Prophets (asw) heart. Al-Quran Al-Karim has been placed in Prophet Muhammad’s heart with its text and meaning. The companions (sahabah) learned from him, and started shining like the stars in the sky. The light (nūr) in Muhammad’s heart is the light (nūr) of the Quran. Its knowledge (ilm) and learning (irfan) have been inherited by the companions (sahabah). And then, every Muslim who tries to learn as much from Al-Quran Al-Karim and Islam as they can shall continue to shine with lights (nūr) of Islam, faith (iman), insight (basirat), and keen vision (firasat). Insight (basirat) does not happen without the Quran, knowledge (ilm), learning (irfan); nor does it happen with made-up nonsense.

That is why you should not close your heart’s eyes, because what does it mean? It means looking for an Islam and Allah without the Quran. It is to be bound to others without Prophet Muhammad, and taking out the Quran and the sunnah (customs). It is to abandon true Islamic scholars (âlims), being deceived by the appearance and clothing of ignorant people and get stuck therein.
What is more nonsense is to deviate to ahlul bid’ah. Rather, be bound to Ahlus-Sunnah well, and know it well, and do not deviate to ahlul bid’ah, nor be deceived by them! See what Janâb-i Haqq says. “Do not close your hearts, your heart’s eyes.” See the 46th verse of Surah al-Hajj [22].
“The eyes do not turn blind, rather the hearts contained in the chest become blind.”
That is why true blindness occurs when the heart’s eyes become blind.
Janâb-i Haqq has said it.
Hodja recites a part of the 46th verse of Surah al-Hajj [22].
See the 46th verse of Surah al-Hajj [22], and then a light will shine upon you, a light of reality (haqiqa), just like every verse of Al-Quran Al-Karim shines.
““The eyes do not turn blind, rather the hearts contained in the chest become blind.” The real blindness is that of the heart, do not forget this! Deafness is also like this; it is heart’s deafness. A person does not neglect nor turn a blind eye to Al-Quran Al-Karim before his heart’s eye turns blind, nor does he run away from the Quran. This occurs due to the blindness of the heart. See the 257th verse of Surah al-Baqarah [2].
“Allah is the friend of those who believe, Allah brings them out of darkness into light.” You see, the word ibṣār is to look but be blind. True blindness is that of the heart, which makes it insensitive to the Quran. Those who look for an Islam without the Quran, Muhammad, and sunnah (customs) are all blind. They have deviated towards others. Do you know how people started deviating from the way of the Bible and the way of the Torah? They deviated towards priests, clergy, and monks, and they abandoned the Quran, the Torah, the Bible, Isa (Jesus) and Musa (Moses), and deviated to nonsensical things. They deviated towards ignorant and ill-informed people. As for today, deviating from the Quran, Muhammad, and the true knowledge (ilm) of the Islamic scholars (âlims) and teachers (murshid) who are mujtahids, and getting stuck in false ones lead to what? People have been harmed badly, and started looking for rights in wrongs. Can there be a sun in darkness? Can there be an insight (basirat) without the Quran? Can there be Islam? Can there be reality (haqiqa)? Can you find sirat al-mustaqim (the straight path) in nonsensical things without the Prophet, by abandoning sunnah (customs), ijma (consensus), qiyas (analogy), and primary (asl-i) and secondary (farʿ) proofs? Allah says, “We shed lights with the Quran, and open insights (basirat).” Janâb-i Haqq has been shedding light with the Quran, and opening insights (basirat), which is done through the Quran. That is, the meaning of the Quran, do not forget this! So, listen well to this life-giving lesson and the Quran from a to z, from beginning to end, again and again.
Time Stamp: 10:20
Encompass your heart and mind with the knowledge (ilm) and light (nūr) of the Quran. Shed this light (nūr) on all your relatives, all your lineage, and all humanity. Let the light (nūr) of the Quran radiate, and let the insights (basirat) open.
Janâb-i Haqq says, “The insights (basirat) of some are tied, and We leave them in blindness and darkness,” but who? Well, some people deny the Quran, and their insights (basirat) are tied as a result. Janâb-i Haqq leaves them in darkness and blindness, which is the punishment of the crime because they deny the Quran, they do not accept it. Every wrong has a requital that you need to pay, and every right has a divine grace (lutf) and reward that shall come back to you, there is benefit in rights, major benefit. Look for the truth in the truth itself. Look for what is right in the right things. That is, in the Quran, sunnah (customs), ijma (consensus); meaning look for them in Allah and the Messenger. You need to know the Quran and the sunnah well in order to look for those in Allah and the Messenger; or you need to abide by those who know.
According to Ibn Kathīr and Abu Amr… Well according to the kāris (reciters), that are Ibn Kathīr and Abu Amr, it is recited as “dareste.” It encompasses meanings such as follow the lesson, recite, or confer. According to Ibn Amr, it means things that are long overdue. That is the meaning he attributed to the word, and those who understand this line of work may open the word “dareste” in the Quran and look it up.
A narration from Ibn Abbas and Wahidi: “Abu Jahl, who is the father of the ignorant, had thrown dirt to our Prophet (asw). Then, Hz. Hamzah had struck Abu Jahl’s head with a bow when he came back from hunting. And Hz. Hamzah asked Abu Jahl, “Is there anyone more foolish and brainless than you?” See, he said, “O brainless fool,” to Abu Jahl! He said, “Is there anyone more foolish and brainless than you?”
Every polytheist (mushrik) is brainless, backward and dark-minded bigots. They do not accept the Prophet, nor do they accept truth or justice, just like Abu Jahl. See, Abu Jahl was the chief of the State of Mecca in that period of time, he was among the top-brass, he was a bigwig, and he was a well-connected man. He was cunning, and he looked very smart, but he was a man who used his intellect at the command of the Shaitan (Devil), against Allah, and for evil. He threw dirt at our Prophet. See, he did that to the Prophet of Mercy upon all the worlds. Now, this Abu Jahl actually threw himself at the vilest and deepest pits of jahannam (hell). He insisted on disbelief (kufr). He insisted on polytheism (shirk). He was worshipping his idol, and false deities (taghuts). He has found the depths of jahannam (hell) with his idols and taghuts.
So, what did Hamza do to him? He got struck by Hamza in the Battle of Badr, and he lost his head because he came to kill the Prophet with a powerful army. Muhammad is the Prophet of Mercy, he was a Prophet who had no purpose other than spreading peace, right and reality (haqq wa haqiqa) to people, and doing what is good and nice, but he tried to destroy him. He tried to destroy Islam which came as a saviour for the world. He tried to destroy its leader and Prophet, but they all perished, and they will perish. People like them have perished in every era, and they will continue to perish in the upcoming eras as well. Those who go with disbelief (kufr) will find the depths of jahannam (hell). They will find a jahannam (hell) as requital for their disbelief (kufr). See, jahannams (hells) are degree by degree, layer by layer.

Moreover, dearest friends, we have presented this note which also points to the 108th verse of Surah al-An’am [6]. Then again, in fiqh, insulting someone’s religion is considered utterances of unbelief (alfaz al-kufr) no matter who it is that you insult. It is written in our fiqh books that you should not insult anyone’s religion, because the only religion is Islam. That is, you may insult whatever, but the only religion is Islam. That is why one cannot insult the religion, and do not insult anyone’s religion because there isn’t any other religion in the world! Allah is One, and there is no deity besides Allah. There is no truth (haqq) except what Allah has called truth (haqq), nor is there another reality (haqiqa). Therefore, Muslims should not insult anyone’s religion no matter how deep they got into wrongs, how astray they are, or how deep they are in disbelief (kufr) and polytheism (shirk). Do not insult anyone’s religion because that astray man may turn back and insult your religion which is right and real, and this time you will have led him to do it.
Speaking of which, let me remind you of this: “Our Prophet said, ‘Nobody insulted my mother,’ and they asked why, to which he said, ‘Because I have not insulted anyone’s mother.’.” Now, we are to speak the truths, we shall not insult anyone. We are not assigned to insult others, rather we are assigned to spread (tabligh) the truth, but there are those who attack the truth (haqiqa), such as the shaitan (devil) and his armies, and the friends of the shaitan (devil), and he has so many cadres. The Shaitan (Devil) may have a cadre in every establishment. Thus, whoever attacks the Real (al-Haqq) in the world, be it establishments, nations, or states; whoever attacks right and reality (haqq wa haqiqa) are either the Shaitan (Devil) or the friends of the Shaitan (Devil).
Islam and Muslims may defend themselves, which are their obligation, and they should defend themselves. “Truth (haqq) is victorious, and wrong is defeated.” So, do not ever be deceived because disbelief (kufr) is predominant for a period of time which is actually a respite. These are temporary istidraj (gradual destruction). These are but temporary. It will be over soon, and the truth (haqq) will maintain its sovereignty because it is victorious forever and ever. A man of truth (haqq) has to know this, and men of wrongs (batil) should learn this if they do not know. They should abandon wrongs (batil) and adhere to the truth (haqq).
A person without insight (basirat) accepts evil as good. It is all fun and games until the fake polish rinses off, the respite comes to an end, and Azrail (a.s.) starts calling you. He says, “O he whose respite and life comes to an end! Just come, and submit this life of yours.” See, Azrail (a.s.) calls the person, saying, “Come.” Hah! Don’t go if you will. Say you are a bigwig and you will not go if you will! If you can, say you are a general and you will not come! Say you are a prosecutor or a judge and do not attend to the call of Azrail. Say you are a pilgrim (hajji) or a teacher (hodja), and do not go! Do not go if you can resist!
O me! O my soul (nafs)! I am saying this to myself, and I am also telling this to you! No offence, because we are from you and you are from us, we are from each other. We are all servants (qul) of Allah. We are all people or ummah of Muhammad, and children of Adam. No offence! You claim you are not a servant (qul) of Allah, then it is up to you. I know that every person is a servant (qul) of Allah. I believe without a doubt that every person is an ummah of Muhammad. I certainly believe that. If you say, “No, I am not an ummah of Muhammad,” then it is up to you! But I know for a fact that believers and non-believers alike are all ummah of Muhammad. I know certainly that everyone is servants (qul) of Allah whether you accept or not! I have this certain belief, and if you do not believe, then it is up to you! You will learn the truth when Azrail comes to you and the veil before your eyes has been lifted, but will be too late because you have given your life, and you will have to pay the penalty. You will be given what you have deserved, and the divine justice will encompass you and become manifested to you and me alike.
Time Stamp: 20:50
Let me also tell you this, if a person who can tell the truth well informs me about the truth, like saying this verse is like this, and Muhammad is like that… Well, whoever explains the truth better should give these lessons to one another. Whoever has an atom’s weight wrong should reform himself. And one should appreciate this, for example, I would be appreciated with a person who can reflect what is right as right without adding or mixing anything into it.
Now, it is said that those who are deprived of faith (iman) and guidance (hidayat)… Well, please pay attention! Those who are deprived of faith (iman) and guidance) are those who have lost all their eternal capital.
Janâb-i Haqq tests people with the enemy, and this comes from the grandness of the reward. O men of truth! The greater your enemy the greater is your rank and reward. The world stood against Muhammad, and he became the Prophet of all the worlds, and in the ninth heaven (arsh-i âlâ)? He was given the praised station (al-maqam al-mahmud). Allah graced (lutf) him, and gave him that chair and position. Hz. Hamzah became a sayyid became Sayyid al-Shuhada, he became the master of martyrs. As for Jaʿfar at-Tayyār he went to janna (paradise) by flying. Hz. Hali became the hero of all heroes, lion of all lions. Omar al-Faruq became the farooq of all farooqs. As for Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, he became the siddiq of all the siddiqs. Why? Because they were all at the command of truth (haqq), and they were around the Messenger of Allah. They subjected to Muhammad, an became servants (qul) to Allah. They accepted all values that have been sent down to Muhammad by Allah, and they also tried to fulfil them as is due. The entire ashab al-gûzin (distinguished companions) have shined like the stars in the sky. If you study our ancestors, they also offered most valuable services. People who worked for the better good of humanity have received such good ranks, positions, and chairs. Islam is a manifestation of good, for the better good of all humanity but a part of humanity does not want to accept this no matter what. Well, suit yourself.
The shaitans (devils) tell stories of how they led this or that person astray, and give advice to each other on how to deviate others. The shaitans (devils) whisper to each other. They say things like, “This is how I led humanity astray, and I succeeded,” and give advice to one another on how they should lead people astray and succeed. That is both devils of mankind and the jinn, all secret organizations that work to the detriment of people along with all secret legal or illegal organisations that work to the detriment of people are all cadres of the Shaitan (Devil). No matter what their identity is, they are working to the detriment of humanity, and if they also rebel against Allah, then this sums up the situation.
Time Stamp: 25:15
My friends!
Islam is Allah’s pre-eternal and eternal (azali wa abadi) mercy (rahmat) that manifested for the better good of humanity. Muhammad is the Prophet of Mercy. Al-Quran Al-Karim is the book of guidance (hidayat), it is the embodiment of light (nūr) and spirit (ruh). The light (nūr) illuminates, and the spirit (ruh) gives life. Read these verses, we are always following the verses and their meanings. If you cannot find every word I say in the Quran, then do not accept it. There is more in the Quran, and I am conveying its essence to you.
I am giving you the core, the essence, the discovery notes. I am conveying these based on most intact sources in terms of narration (riwayat) and comprehension (dirayat). I am giving short but to the point meaning, not all of it. There is more to what I narrate. Islam is more beautiful than what I narrate. That is, Islam and the Quran, which are right and real (haqq wa haqiqa).
Allah bestowed upon us this beauty, and it is so beautiful that it encompasses our eyes and our hearts, and that is how we can express it helplessly. It is as beautiful as Allah says it is. It is as beautiful as the Quran says it is. It is as beautiful as Muhammad says it is. Islam is such a beauty that it is uniquely beautiful. Just see the 21st verse of Surah al-Furqan [25].
Those who wish to see Allah, what does Al-Quran Al-Karim say to them? See the 7th verse of Surah al-Hijr [15], what does it say? Says that they should bring down angels for themselves.” Al-Quran Al-Karim has been sent down to all people. Jibril (a.s.) brought it to Prophet Muhammad. He brought him the Quran, and it came for all humanity. That is, Al-Quran Al-Karim, Islam, and Muhammad came for all humanity, and these are not according to people’s own sweet will. Some people wish for angels at a whim, while another one requests a book specifically for him. So, it is clear that you do not accept what Allah has sent down. And, Allah is to obey you according to your sweet will, right? You don’t want to obey Allah, but want Allah to obey you, is that right? Then you’ll see. Do you see this behaviour and attitude of a human, created from a drop of water and turned into a corpse upon death, against his Rabb (Lord)! Allah raises you to so many ranks from nothing, wants to raise you and admit you into janna (paradise), but you wish to go down below [to jahannam (hell)].
Renounce this vile idea of yours. Janâb-i Haqq says, “They wish that dead fathers were resurrected.” Death and life occurs every day in the realm. Besides, the sights that do not see this do not function, and their insights (basirat) have faded away. Everything is before your very eyes in the universe, and the number of deaths and lives are infinite. You cannot count it even if you wanted to. For example, see the regeneration in your body, the things that die and are born. See the dead trees turning green!
See how dry seeds, grains, and kernels extend undersoil and above soil. See how they come into leaf towards the heavens, and how they rise! These are being created every moment. Janâb-i Haqq is always creating; creates non-stop, resurrects non-stop. Allah gives life and takes life non-stop. Allah creates life and death. You cannot count all instances of these in the universe.
See the 109th verse of Surah al-An’am.
Hodja recites a part of the said verse.
Says, “The signs (mujizat) are with Allah,” and they occur when Allah wills. Allah gives the signs (mujizat) to all Prophets. Signs (mujizat) occur when Allah wishes. Prophets are not creators. They are distinguished and loyal subjects (qul) at that command of the Creator. Almighty Allah supports them with signs (mujizat) in order to assist them, and to support their prophethood, and to bring forth the trueness of the sharia (law). It is Allah who creates the signs (mujizat), not the servants (qul). Prophets are not creators; it is Allah who makes the signs (mujizat) by the hand of the Prophet. It happens with Allah’s command, with Allah’s leave.
Time Stamp: 30:58
Water ran down between the fingers of Prophet Muhammad, and his army would drink it, and perform abdast (wudu) with it. Do you think Muhammad could have done it by himself? He is a servant (qul) of Allah, and he is the greatest servant (qul). He is the greatest Prophet, but he is a servant (qul). His army could perform abdast (wudu) with that water. And the moon would split into two when he pointed his finger to it. And it got back together by reciting kalimat al-tawheed. It is not Muhammad who does these, rather these occur by Allah’s command and leave. Isa (a.s.) could speak when he was a child. Allah has made many children speak when they were infants, and it is Allah who does these, these occur by Allah’s command. The command is from Allah, and so is the creation.
Hodja recites the 54th verse of Surah al-A’raf [7].
The following narration from Ibn-i Abbas, which is about those who say, “Allah has killed it,” by looking at carrion. Now, in this narration that came from Ibn-i Abbas, radeyallahu anhu wa ardahum ajmain; do you know what idolaters did with carrions? They would say, “Allah kills it, so eat it.” And they would eat carrions, and they forbid people from eating what they themselves slaughter. See, this is the mentality of polytheists, they eat carrion and claim Allah has slaughtered it. And they say do not eat what you slaughter. That is the reason (aql) of the polytheists. According to a narration of Hz. Abbas. Now, Ibn-i Abbas is among the greatest Islamic scholars (âlims) of the companions (sahabah).
“It is Janâb-i Haqq who gives affection, love, and friendship, and enmity and hate. Allah gives people what they deserve. Allah gives affection, love, and friendship to those who deserve friendship and love. As for those who deserve enmity and hatred, Allah gives them those.
Allah is looking at your heart, life, words, actions, and earnings. Do you think you can harvest good by planting evil? You wish to harvest monotheism (tawhid) by planting polytheism (shirk), is that right? That does not happen. See, there are shaitans (devils) specially for deceiving people and the jinn. There are specific shaitans (devils) just for that, but their helpers are more numerous.
Side with Allah, and receive Allah’s aid. You will see Allah sending you many helpers. Allah has endless and boundless armies, and it is Allah who creates causes.
The helpers of devils are yet another type, and it is said that they are all children of Iblīs (the Devil). See, the shaitan (devil) armies are all children of Iblīs (the Devil). That is what people like Ikrama, Zahhak, Suddī, and Kalbī said. They say they are different kinds of devils, and they are all children of Iblīs (the Devil). They say they are different kinds of shaitans (devils). There are special divisions of shaitans (devils) that consist of children of Iblīs (the Devil). There are âlims like Ikrama, Zahhak, Suddī, and Kalbī in the source of this news.
Time Stamp: 35:35
According to Ibn-i Abbas, Ata, Mujahid, Hasem, Qatada say beyaniyye’yi tercihen [Düzenlenecek], the Shaitan (Devil) is more rebellious and obstinate than humans and the jinn. See, the Shaitan (Devil) is more rebellious and obstinate than humans and the jinn. Those who are defiant, conceited, mischief-maker, and shifty who do not listen to the Quran are all called shaitan (devil). They are all called shaitan (devil). Pay attention to these! There is Ibn-i Abbas in the source of this narration along with Ata, Mujahid, Hasem, Qatada. Beyaniyye’yi tercihen [Düzenlenecek], the Shaitan (Devil) is more rebellious and obstinate than humans and the jinn.
Because the “ba” there is for devils from mankind, and the “lam” is the shaitans (devils) that are special for deceiving humans and the shaitans (devils) that are special for deceiving the jinn. Those who are competent in this knowledge (ilm) regarding the “ba” and “lam” will understand this. I am saying this for them. That is why, it is said that beyaniyye’yi tercihen [Düzenlenecek], the Shaitan (Devil) is more rebellious and obstinate than humans and the jinn. Those who are defiant, conceited, mischief-maker, and shifty who do not listen to the Quran are all called shaitan (devil).
Hodja recites the 14th verse of Surah al-Baqarah [2].
See what Janâb-i Haqq says in the 14th verse of Surah al-Baqarah [2].
“And the hypocrites are alone with their evil ones, they say, ‘Indeed, we are with you. We mock the believers.’.” See, this is a game of shaitan (devil). They try to look like Muslims when they meet Muslims, but when they are alone with their intimate friends, they say they are with them and they mock Muslims. Who says that? Janâb-i Haqq says it. Keep this in mind, we will not utter what is not in the Quran, sunnah, ijma (consensus), or qiyas (analogy). In these lessons of the life-giving light (nūr), we present to you the core. Those who listen and thoroughly understand it all will surely be encompassed with the light (nūr) of truth (haqiqa), and they will find themselves in that light (nūr), and they will be happy forever. Our goal is for everyone to be happy. “In each country, dignitaries and rich people are closer to denial, and they are flagrant sinners (fāsiq), except some.”
The last quote is from Ibn al-Jawzi. It is said that if one among the jinn can’t succeed, then he goes to an obstinate devil from mankind. That is, a devil of the jinn goes to a devil from mankind if he fails. Then, he tries to promote him to deceive believers and lead people astray. Today, everyone who works for evil at the command of the Shaitan (Devil) is in his cadre. See, this is a devilish caderisation. If the one among the jinn fails, he goes to a devil from mankind, and promotes him to deceive the believers.
Our Prophet (asw) said this to Abu Zar, “Have you sought refuge in Allah from devils from mankind and the jinn?” Do you see! See what our Prophet said to Abu Zar: “Have you sought refuge in Allah from devils from mankind and the jinn?” “Devils from mankind are eviler than that of the jinn, and they are more dangerous,” he said. Now, who are the sources of this news? Ahmad ibn Hanbal is among the sources, and may Allah bestow much mercy upon all our Islamic scholars (âlims).
Time Stamp: 40:30
Fairūzābādī says in his book Basair that jinn are spiritual or ruhani beings hidden from our senses. Now, in this regard every angel is hidden from our senses, and they are considered to be like the jinn. They are jinn, but not every jinni is an angel. Then again, a part of ethereal beings is called the jinn. It is said that every angel, shaitan, and jinn have good and bad ones. Fairūzābādī says this in his book Basair. He is the source of this news.
Now, in the 100th verse of Surah al-An’am [6]: “They make jinn partners with Allah.” As you see, some have divinized the jinn. Iblīs (the Devil) is also among the jinn. He rebelled against the One. That is, he rebelled against Allah. Now, see the 50th verse of Surah al-Kahf which is the source of this news.
Dearest friends, some make humans partners with Allah, and they all worship an idol, some worship the jinn and make them partners with Allah. Those who do not worship Allah worship someone, or they are atheists, or materialists; or they worship someone. There is no salvation for anyone other than worshippers of Allah. Those who worship Allah are the ones who are sultans for eternity. See, salvation, rank, position, and chair is in servitude to Allah. In Asim Efendi’s work Kamus, the words, “ins and anis” means sincere friend. See, this meaning is given to those words in the Kamus of Asim Efendi. The total of humans and jinn is called “Thaqalayn.” In the 27th verse of Surah al-Hijr [99], it is said that the jinn were created before humans. This universe was founded, and living creatures were created. The jinn were also present in the world, but there weren’t any humans. That is why it is said that the jinn were created before humans, and humans have been sent down onto the prepared world from janna (paradise). Adam and Hawwa (Eve) were sent down from janna (paradise) to the world, and they reproduced and grew. That is the belief of Islam. That is the belief of all Prophets. That is the reality that all Holy Books brought forth.
Also, in the 105th verse of Surah al-An’am, “They utter deceptive words, corrupted inside, fancy outside.” That is, those who are corrupted inside, fancy outside say those words. See, they utter deceptive words, and those who look at its garnish are deceived. Pay attention! Every word of the glorious Quran sheds wisdom (hikmat) and light (nūr). The Quran explores the hearts and souls.
They also deceive by implying and pointing at things. That is, those who are corrupted inside point to deceptive things, deceive people with their pen and paper, and by implying things. It is said that people who are corrupted inside and fancy outside do that. What do they do? They do what is necessary to deceive people. They are like roses in wasteyards. The roses in wasteyards are red outside, but they stink. Do not be deceived by them!
Time Stamp: 45:45
A person should be true inside and outside, and be a man of truth, and the light (nūr) shall shine. That is the light (nūr) of faith (iman), and the light (nūr) of the Quran, and the light (nūr) of Islam shall shine. You see, the truth (haqiqa) is therein, and those deceived by wasteyard roses will sense a different smell when they smell it, and understand it does not smell like a rose, and that it is not actually a rose. Revelation or wahy has two kinds, right (haqq) and wrong (batil). Wrong (batil) one is called revelation (wahy) as a metaphor. Karine-i maina; a hint that forbids you from using the real sense of the word. See, the whispering (waswas) of the Shaitan (Devil) is also called revelation (wahy) metaphorically, but it is not really a revelation (wahy). True revelation (wahy) is when Allah sends commands to the servants (qul), especially the Prophets. It is also when Allah sends down a book, or speaks with them. What about that of the believers? It is mubessirat.
“Bekiyyetil mubessirat ru’yel mu’minin.” This is not about the sharia (law), but about the description of the sharia (law).
Now, seeking a judge other than Allah is the start of all evil. Allah is the judge of all judges. It is Allah who brings forth provision (hukm). This crime encompasses all crimes. What is it? See, seeking a judge other than Allah is the start of all evil, and this crime encompasses all crimes. Allah is the judge of all judges; it is Allah who brings forth provisions (hukm). That is, the law-maker of the sharia (law) is Allah Ta’ala. Those who neglect Allah and consider themselves sovereign are pharaohs at a clamour. See, they neglect Allah. They neglect the provisions (hukm) of Allah. They reign with their own provisions (hukm) by neglecting the provisions (hukm) of Allah. They bring forth their own provisions (hukm), and they are at a clamour. Now, that is pharaohship.
Dearest friends!
As for divine justice, Islam and holy decrees (hukm) of Allah came to save even those who neglect Allah’s justice. But that is if they wish to be saved. If they don’t, then every pharaoh that ever lived has perished. They shall perish as well. I am telling these to my soul (nafs), and we are all from among one another, and that is why spreading the truths to each other is an obligation given to us by the glorious Quran.
Hodja recites a part of the 1st verse of Surah al-Qamar [54].
Our Prophet (asw) pointed at the moon, and it got split into two, and they called it magic. Some materialist eyes cannot accept this. There are minds that cannot comprehend reality. There are such hearts that cannot accept these. Whatever Allah wills happens. You could not acknowledge Allah with your weak mind. Whatever Allah wills happens, and when Allah wants something to be, says, “kun (كن) – be” and it is.

They would appoint soothsayers as judges. See, they would appoint soothsayers, fortune-tellers, sorcerers, and quibblers as judges back then. Yet in all regards truth and justice are in Al-Quran Al-Karim. All truths are in Al-Quran Al-Karim. Al-Quran Al-Karim and Islam are a fully true and complete justice. Pay attention now!
Truth in all regards, and justice, are completely in Al-Quran Al-Karim. Al-Quran Al-Karim is right; it is a complete justice. It is the utterances (kalam) of Allah. The law belongs to Allah. That is, those laws that are both written and cosmological are Allah’s laws. Allah laws in nature and the Quran are laws of Allah. The book is Allah’s book. Al-Quran Al-Karim is without a doubt Allah’s book. The decree (hukm) belongs to Allah. There is only one way, the way of Allah, and that is the sharia (law) of Islam and Islam itself. This is the way that comes from Allah and leads to Allah. The leader of the way that leads humanity to Allah is Prophet Muhammad, and the guide is Al-Quran Al-Karim. The leader and guide of the way that comes from Allah and leads to Allah are Prophet Muhammad and Al-Quran Al-Karim, or Islam in a single word. The sharia (law) belongs to Allah. Almighty Allah is the Shari (Law-Maker). Allah brought forth the sharia (law) of Islam. Besides, nobody has the right to invent or impose a sharia (law) because the Law-Maker (Shari) is Allah, and the religion of Islam, the sharia (law) of Islam is laws and decrees (hukm) of Shari Ta’ala.
If you follow most people, they will lead you astray from your sharia (law). Not every community consists predominantly of members of right and reality (haqq wa haqiqa). If you follow wrongs because most people follow it, then you will deviate from the truth (haqq). So, you should stay where the truth (haqiqa) is. Now, what is the pristine source of right and reality (haqq wa haqiqa)? That is Al-Quran Al-Karim, Islam, and Prophet Muhammad. That is why you need to look for truth in truth, reality in reality. You should not search it in quantity. There are such small circles that are not realists (ahlul haqiqa), and gathering large groups of people does not mean you are realists (ahlul haqiqa) either. That is why you should look for reality (haqiqa) in reality (haqiqa). Right and reality (haqq wa haqiqa) is what Allah calls haqiqa, and you should abide by that.
The holy values and right and real things that Allah has brought forth with Islam, are holy values of Islam. Islam is of divine origin. If you consider carrion halal and camel haram, then this mentality is that of polytheism (shirk). See, they consider carrion halal, but consider a camel they slaughtered in a pure manner haram, or they consider some other good bounty haram. That is the logic of polytheism (shirk), disbelief (kufr), and ignorance. That is the mentality of Abu Jahl. A mentality of Abu Jahl is present in every era. Read this era well! What is happening in this era? Who are ahlul haqiqa? Who are ahlul dalalah? Who sides with Allah? Who attacks Allah? Who attacks Islam? Read the age you live in well, and discover the Quran. Then, discover the age you live in, and observe the universe.
Just read this age and see what they are doing in the name of modernity, contemporariness, and civilization. Do you know the things they are doing in the name of modernity, contemporariness, and civilization? They are raining down bombs, killing people in masses. They exploit a part of the world to leave them hungry. Are they uniting in order to bring rights remedies and justice? Or are they uniting to increase the unearned income of some people? Just read the world and see it. Read the Quran, and read the world, only then will you see rights and wrongs.

Does what they call civilization bring justice, or does it bring brutality. Or, is it a one-toothed monster? Or, does it bring people’s rights and remedies, human rights, justice and peace? Just read the age you live in, but do not think you can fully understand and comprehend the age you live in without reading and understanding Al-Quran Al-Karim, that is impossible. First, understand and comprehend Al-Quran Al-Karim well, and merge your intellect (aql) with divine revelation (wahy-i ilahi). Submit your intellect (aql) to Allah’s command and will, and merge it with the Quran. The Quran is Allah’s Book. Everything that Allah called right and real is in Al-Quran Al-Karim, Islam, and Muhammad. Merge your intellect (aql), knowledge (ilm) and science with it. And read this age you live in, and see what they call civilization actually is. The heart expands when light (nūr) enters it.
It is important to be able to transform signs into the afterlife, prepare for death, shun away the world from your heart and ride the world, without carrying it on your shoulders. It is important to submit to Allah wholeheartedly, and be at Allah’s command. It is important to be able to use this world and the next as a benefit according to commands and standards of Allah. It is important to be able to earn it, and spend it as a benefit. That is, on the condition that what is for your benefit is actually for everyone’s benefit, and on the condition that you do not do anything harmful to humanity.
Dearest friends, Al-Quran Al-Karim is spreading light (nūr), shedding light (nūr), opening the insights (basirat), but some people run away from this light (nūr). Be among those who hasten into the light (nūr), who live in the light (nūr), who taste eternal happiness, who become servants (qul) at the command of the Real (al-Haqq), and become sultans. May Allah admit us among such people, not among those who run away from light (nūr).
Beloved friends, we are servants (qul) of Allah. We are us. Everyone of us is from us. The Quran, which is a divine light (nūr), is Allah’s Book. Let us convey (tabligh) it to each other, and work for the better good of us all. Islam is goodness (khayr), peace, love, and brotherhood.
