Al-Quran Al-Kareem Tafsir (Exegesis) Lesson 6

A’uzhu billahi minash shaitanir rajim bismillahir rahmanir rahim.

Valuable friends, our lesson continues with the exegesis of the Surah al-Fatihah of the Almighty Book in other words Umm al-Kitāb (The Heavenly Book). “iyyāka nastaʿīn” In this lesson we’ll talk about the treasures hidden inside these words: “iyyāka nastaʿīn”. Janâb-i Haqq says, “iyyāka nastaʿīn,” in the 5th verse of Surah al-Fatihah. In this verse we say to our Rabb (Lord): “to You alone do we turn for help.” We say that all help comes from Allah and that we turn to Janâb-i Haqq for help. Allah’s rahmat (blessing) eternally precedes everything. You, as an entity are a work of rahmat (blessing). O, the servant of Allah! You are living in a world of rahmat (blessing) and now it is time for servitude. You have to ask for help while offering your service. You see, we turn to Allah for help but we must offer our services first, and then help will come. For this, we say: “ʾiyyāka naʿbudu – You [alone] do we worship,” and “iyyāka nastaʿīn – to You [alone] do we turn for help.” Help comes only from You. We’ll turn only to Allah for help for Allah’s rahmat (blessing) precedes everything. You are a work of this rahmat (blessing). You are living in a world of rahmat (blessing)! O, the servants of Allah! The time for servitude has come you have to ask for help while offering your service. In a Hadith-i Sharif it is said that if Allah wanted to execute what is destined Allah would erase the minds and execute what is predestined. “Tehalükü bi ehlagilla.” „You should obtain good morals through the morals introduced by Allah.“ You see, the religion of Islam contains the morals of Al-Quran Al-Karim which is introduced by Allah. Moreover, the embodiment of the Quran, and the morals of Islam is Prophet Muhammad. This is what our grand mufassirs such as Fakhr al-Din al-Razi have said. “Tehalükü bi ehlagilla.” „You should obtain good morals through the morals introduced by Allah,“ they have said. The good morals they speak of are the morals of Quran which are the morals of the Islam that we see in Prophet Muhammad. “You [alone] do we worship, and to You [alone] do we turn for help.” Now, this verse reveals the merits of worshipping with a congregation (jama’ah). For the verse says, “You [alone] do ‘we’ worship.” There is an emphasis on “we” here, which represents the entire ummah (nation). “wa-ʾiyyāka nastaʿīn – to You [alone] do we turn for help.” These are congregational (jama’ah) prayers, and requests. Therefore there is a concept of personal servitude and a congregational (jama’ah) servitude. We’re not talking about useless crowds here. We are referring to an organization that has rules. An organization that abides by the Quran. You should not forget that. So, what do these congregations (jama’ah) who say ‚we‘ actually are? The congregations (jama’ah) are orderly establishments that abide by the Quran. You see, such establishments can only abide by the Quran they have a unity, and integrity. These establishments must be formed. There can be no solipsism in Al-Quran Al-Karim, but there is community. You see, “ash-hadu – I testify,” must turn into “nashadu – we testify.” Therefore a unity is commanded here.

A social covenant between the heart and the soul is needed. There has to be a brotherhood spirit that say “we”, not “me” but “we”. We need a brotherhood spirit that says “we”. We need a unified soul of brotherhood and we need an imam who says ‚we‘ who has become one with the Quran and the congregation (jama’ah). If congregations (jama’ah) and the consciences of people are devoid of this power then their societies cannot be governed properly. If a society has power but does not have expansion then it will topple down, and be annexed by the others. Now, I’ll repeat this part due to its importance, please listen carefully. Congregation (jama’ah) is an orderly establishment that abides by the Quran as a whole. Now, we have to form this orderly establishment. A social covenant between the soul and the heart is needed for this. A brotherhood spirit that speaks as a whole. We need a congregation (jama’ah) that speaks as a whole, and abides by the Qur’an. The congregation (jama’ah) must have an imam who abides by the Quran. The jama’ah congregation (jama’ah) must become one with the Qur’an and their imam. If congregations (jama’ah) and the consciences of people are devoid of this power, then their societies cannot be governed properly. If a society has power but does not have expansion then it will topple down, and swallowed by the others. In Surah al-Fatihah, every person has signed a covenant with Almighty Allah. The covenant in the realm of spirits, which took place in the past eternity is always recited repeatedly in Surah al-Fatihah. One side of this covenant was the congregation (jama’ah) and their imam. For there are no congregations (jama’ah) without an imam. Now, as there can’t be a congregation (jama’ah) without an imam it is clear that this covenant with Almighty Allah  was made with a congregation (jama’ah) and their imam. And as it is clear that there can’t be an imam without a congregation (jama’ah) the power of the society is in proportion with their imam. Their imam reads, and the congregation (jama’ah) listens carefully .the congregation (jama’ah) abides by their imam, and they follow him. The imam speaks to Allah in the name of the congregation (jama’ah) in other words, he recites Al-Quran Al-Karim. Now, a person who recites the Quran speaks to Allah (c.c.). The social spirit takes up its residence within every person in the congregation (jama’ah). The unity of the congregation (jama’ah) in Islam creates an Islamic unity. Islamic congregation (jama’ah) is a unity of servitude and a unity of Islam. The members of this congregation (jama’ah) have individual obligations (fard al-ayn). In other words, individual obligations (fard al-ayn) form the unity of the Nation of Muhammad. The Muslims who abandon these obligations (fard) have been suffering the consequences. The Muslims are in agony, and the world continues to be miserable. Is this really necessary? The Islamic congregation (jama’ah) is the unity of the servitude. It is imperative to create a unity of Islam. The unity of the members can be formed with fulfillment of individual obligations (fard al-ayn). We won’t have any power before founding this Islamic congregation (jama’ah). And without power, there can’t be success or victory. The unity in the soul of Islam can be formed through individual obligations (fard al-ayn). O, those who won’t come to this unity and those who divide the nation! Unite in the Quran! The Quran orders unity, and those who are deaf to this order are the ones who divide the nation and abandon their individual obligations (fard al-ayn). You can’t unite in capitalizing on a rich person, or benefiting from him. Your place is not someone’s tyranny, or someone’s system.

Time Stamp: 10:02

The place you should unite in is the order of Islam, and the soul of the Quran. You see, the unity of Islam, is a complete unity. It is a unity of servitude, an incorporation of beliefs (īmān). The people who abandon the individual obligations (fard al-ayn) are hindering the victory of the Muslims. They don’t come to this unity for they know that the victory depends on this unity. The imam always announces their submission to Allah (c.c.) in the name of this unity. The imam must speak to Allah (c.c.) through reciting Al-Quran Al-Karim. He must convey Allah’s decree and commands. Only then a person can be a true imam. You see, it is obligatory (fard) for people to abide by their imam it is imperative to abide by an imam, and the Quran. That is a must. It is reported that Prophet Muhammad (saw) said: “What you have done will happen to you.” O, the Nation of Muhammad! Unite in the soul of Quran! Bow down to Allah and abide by Allah’s commands so that you may meet righteous people and be saved from the tyrants! Islam’s purpose is to incorporate all consciences and turn ‘ash-hadu – I testify,’ into ‘nashadu – we testify.’. We testify that all grand souls are represented by the soul of Prophet Muhammad. Please, pay attention. The unity of the souls can be achieved through turning ‘I testify,’ into ‘we testify’. By acting unanimously. In other words we have to testify together and acknowledge that Prophet Muhammad represents all of the grand souls! Don’t you know what happened when these grand souls united with Prophet Muhammad’s soul? In twenty-three years, the idols in the Kaaba got smashed into pieces. All those kisras (challenger to Muhammad), all those superpowers of the world and he has toppled down Kaisers. He forced the superpowers to submit. He pulled the Turks of the Turkistan towards himself. The Constantinople got conquered. Vienna got invaded. These conquests that came in a flash were only possible due to the spirit of nation (ruh-i milli). They are the souls that united with the soul of Prophet Muhammad. This is the unity of Quran, the unity of Islam under the leadership of Prophet Muhammad. You see, the souls united, and they formed the spirit of nation (ruh-i milli) and when they united with Prophet Muhammad’s soul the nation revolutionalised the world in such a short time. The greatest revolutions, and reforms have been made. The foundation of the greatest advancements have been laid. You see, while reading Surah al-Fatihah we are actually read the spirit of nation (ruh-i milli) with the pronoun ‚we‘. O, my brothers who recite al-Fatihah! While you are reading al-Fatihah while you are uttering the, “iyyāka naʿbudu – You [alone] do we worship,” and “iyyāka nastaʿīn – You [alone] do we turn for help,” you are actually reading the spirit of nation (ruh-i milli), never forget this! This is because we are actually reading the spirit of nation (ruh-i milli) with the pronoun ‚we‘ in al-Fatihah. O, my brother! Hear what you are reading and open your heart to it and have your brain ratify it. Recite, and understand Al-Quran Al-Karim with your heart and soul. Understand Al-Quran Al-Karim. If you can’t, then listen carefully to those who do! The imams are indispensable due to this reason. They will recite the Quran to those who do not know. You should have an imam who will speak to Allah on your behalf. You must have an imam or a murshid (guide, teacher) who may explain Al-Quran Al-Karim to you correctly.

Time Stamp: 15:03

Such an imam has to be among the ahl al-zikr and he has to be an expert in Quran. You have to encompass your nafs (self) with the meanings within the Quran. There are congregations (jama’ah) in the spirit of nation (ruh-i milli) there are angels and there are unique people (waheed). I’ll repeat this part so you may not forget. There are congregations (jama’ah) in the spirit of nation (ruh-i milli) there are angels and there are unique people (waheed). The unique people (waheed) are those who unite and enter into the service of Allah as a whole. The servitude begins with the kalimat al-tawheed (lit. word of divine unity). The “ash-hadu – I testify,” turn into “nashadu – we testify.” The unity of servitude, in other words the unity of Islam can be formed this way. And there are duties for each person in this congregation (jama’ah). No one can refuse performing this or that duty. It is Allah who gives the duties, so there is an assignment of duty here. It is your obligation to perform your duty that you have been assigned if you reside in the spirit of nation (ruh-i milli) and if you are in the nation (ummah). Every person who says they are Muslims are in this union. Every person who says they are Muslims has to be in this union. Imān (belief) and Islam assigns the rights and duties when you submit yourself to this union. Now, listen closely. They assign the rights, and the duties. Thereafter, fulfill your duties. You are destined to a reward in return of your service. But no one can refuse their duties. The duties are assigned, and it is Islam who assigns those duties. Islam grants the rights, and Islam secures the justice. This is because Islam consists completely of social justice. Islam is never unfair to anyone and does not allow anyone to cheat somebody of their rights. Behold, and do not forget! Islam assigns these duties. Islam grants the rights, and secures the justice. Islam consists of the laws of Allah. Being united is an individual obligation (fard al-ayn) for every muslim. Do not forget this! The unity of Islam is an obligation (fard) it is an individual obligation (fard al-ayn). It is an individual obligation (fard al-ayn) to be a part of this unity. No one can disrupt this unity. They have no right to disrupt it, their efforts are in vain. The reputation of this unity, and its general contexture must be established comprehensively. Now, the communal duties for protecting the integrity and announcing this to the public are actually collective obligations (fard al-kifayah). Some of them may be individual obligations (fard al-ayn) depending on the context. Those who don’t perform their duties and those who refuse to participate are not protecting this union therefore they are parting from the unity of Islam. They are abandoning the individual obligations (fard al-ayn) and the collective obligations (fard al-kifayah). However, those who side with the enemies of the unity those who support the bātil (the wrong) are the betrayers of this unity they are betrayers, tyrants, fāsiq (venial sinner), they are rebels. The Muslims of the world, and the congregations (jama’ah) form a tawhid-i suhudi which is the united soul of a nation that say ‘nashadu – we testify’. Surah al-Fatihah announces this at least forty times a day that it is imperative to be united in the spirit of nation (ruh-i milli).

O, congregation (jama’ah)! O, congregation (jama’ah)! O, the man and woman who say they are Muslims! Everyone! Have you been hearing what you were saying, or not? If your ears can’t hear or if you can’t understand these concepts then you may not abide by every action of your imam but you have to follow his every word when he recites the Quran. You have to ask, and learn. You have to do what is necessary. This unity that we speak of can be achieved with the Quran, and an imam. I mean, you have to know about the Quran and Islam and you have to abide by an imam who knows it. You must have an imam who conveys the message of Al-Quran Al-Karim, and who calls to unity. If your imam is under a leader’s command if your imam follows someone’s orders. If you don’t have an imam who conveys the message of Al-Quran Al-Karim thoroughly if whom you thought were imams are actually acting upon someone’s orders then you can’t reach your destination alongside them. It is imperative that you have an imam who conveys the message of the Quran. The imams have to convey the message of Al-Quran Al-Karim and they have to invite the society to this unity. There must be congregation (jama’ah) in the unity. The greatest imam is called as Amir al-Mu’minun (Leader of the Faithful) the integrality of the congregation (jama’ah) is the unity of the ummah (nation). Now, listen carefully for this part is important. The congregations (jama’ah) are the integrality of the nation (ummah). Beware of this integrality and unity! Those who disrupt this integrality on purpose are the ignorant, they are the traitors. The reason that the mushrikun (polytheists) are divided into sects is that they all worship to different types of gods. However, the Muslims have no chance of dividing, they have no right be divided. The Muslims have a right to be united! Friends, I’ll repeat the previous part due to its importance. Those who disrupt this integrality on purpose are the ignorant, they are the traitors. The reason that the mushrikun (polytheists) are divided into sects is that they all worship to different types of gods. However, the Rabb (Lord) of all worlds (ālamin) and mu’mins (believers) is only Allah Ta’ala. There are no other divinities than Allah. Thus, there is no need, or no possibility for partition. In that case, Al-Quran Al-Karim is one, Allah is One and the sharīʿah (canonical law) that Prophet Muhammad introduced is one. For that reason, everyone may be divided into smaller groups but the Nation of Muhammad is obliged to be united. The irreligious people, and those who deviate are divided because they have different types of gods. They may be divided, and break up just like the mushrikun (polytheists). This is the situation in which those who got struck by Allah’s wrath. You see, if there is an exemplary nation who got struck by Allah’s wrath it is the Zion Jews. They betrayed the Torah; they murdered their own Prophet. They have massacred true âlims (Islamic scholars). And then they have divided, they interpreted their Torah in such wrong ways. You see, the imperialists wanted the Zion Jews to be like this. However, as for the Muslims the book of the muslim will never be disrupted until the Last Day (qiyamah). The true sharīʿah (canonical law), and the true words never change. The constitution of Allah is Al-Quran Al-Karim. The laws of the sharīʿah (canonical law) and the Islamic understanding of the Ahl e Sunnat resides in Al-Quran Al-Karim. No one has a right to deviate to the ways of ahlul bid’ah (evil innovators) while there is the Islamic understanding of Ahl e Sunnat.

Time Stamp: 25:01

Those who got struck by Allah’s wrath and fury are the ones who deviated from the truth, and they are all divided today. However, the truth is one, and Allah is One. You see, the spirit of nation (ruh-i milli) is being united with Allah, do not forget this. Islam is the order that makes you abide by Allah which makes you enter into Allah’s command; it is Allah’s own order. The entirety of all Muslims must enter into the service of Allah as a whole. I’ll repeat this due to its importance. The spirit of nation (ruh-i milli) is being united with Allah. The Muslims must receive their assignments from Allah the Quran, the Prophet, and the sunnah (customs of Prophet). That is the absolute haqq (the absolute truth). My brother, do not forget this. Come, and let us be united. Let us say top to those who divide the nation. Come, and let us spoil their game! Uniting in the spirit of nation (ruh-i milli) means being united with Allah it means receiving orders only from Allah and the Prophet, the Quran, and the sunnah (customs of Prophet) now that is an absolute truth; the others except this one are heresy. The spirit of nation (ruh-i milli) is the unity and the integrity of the religion of Islam. It is the principles and the values of Islam itself. These values reside in the bosom of the Muslims. So do not forget that all of the other systems except this truth is heresy. For the truth is one, and Allah is One. The laws and the rules of Islam are blindingly obvious. The distinction between the haqq (the truth) and the bātil (the wrong) can be seen here. The imams explain the religion by presenting the truths and realities of īmān (belief). The īmāns (beliefs) of all people form a single nation, do not forget this! The īmāns (beliefs) of all Muslims are united into a single nation. The bātil (the wrong) have also formed a single nation in kufr (disbelief). Imāns (beliefs) form a single nation, so does the bātil (the wrong). Now, in the world of Islam there are two classes: The Muslims, and the non-Muslims. When Islam came, the haqq (the truth) separated from bātil (the wrong). The haqq (the truth) prevailed, and the bātil (the wrong) toppled down. For what bātil (the wrong) deserves is toppling down, and being lost. Now, the following quote is from our Almighty Rabb (Lord) in the 81st verse of Surah al-Isra. And say, ‘The truth has come, and falsehood has vanished. Indeed falsehood is bound to vanish.’ Allah speaks the truth. Every word of Allah is true. The Quran is the speech of Allah, it is Allah’s utterance (kalam) Each of Allah’s words the truest of the truths. That is why Allah, and those who side with Allah are always victorious, they can’t be defeated. Those who are in the haqq (the truth) path will always prevail they are eternally victorious. They are those who say: “ihdinā ṣ-ṣirāṭa l-mustaqīm – Guide us on the straight path.” Behold! Who are the ones who are always victorious? They are the servants of Allah who request Allah’s assistance by saying: You [alone] do we worship, and to You [alone] do we turn for help. And those who fulfill these words through their actions. They are those who say ‘ihdinā – guide us’. “Ihdinā ṣ-ṣirāṭa l-mustaqīm.” Now, what do you mean by ‘ihdinā’? The word, ‘ihdinā – guide us’ is an imperative mood of the verb. It is an order from the heavens to the earth an order from the Rabb (Lord) to the servant. That is a sign of wanting something to happen for certain.

Time Stamp: 30:01

Janâb-i Haqq gives such an order here. That prayer goes from the servants to the Rabb (Lord). The servant prays for guidance here. The servant receives that order and endeavors to fulfill it by doing what is necessary therefore he requests assistance from Janâb-i Haqq by saying, ‘ihdinā’. Now, what does he say? He says, ‘ihdinā’. The requests between those who are in the same level is ‚rica‘. The word ‘hidayat’ which is the Arabic for “guidance” is guiding and counseling the person to what will convey him to the goal in a benevolent and kind manner. The concepts of tawfiq (opportunity to achieve success) comes with performing good deeds with amenity and mildness, grace, and delicacy. The physical and spiritual success is achieved by doing good deeds. You see, that is what you wish from Allah by saying, ‘guide us. O, my Allah! Guide us to sirat al mustaqim (the straight path). Now, what are the contents of ‘hidayat – guidance’. Let’s find out. The ‘hidayat – guidance’ conveys you to your goal. It contains a delicate and graceful guidance that will convey you to the goal. It has tawfiq (opportunity to achieve success), and amenity. It has delicacy, and charm. It has a contexture of guiding the person softly in order to guide him to achieve success and physical and spiritual goodness. That is why Janâb-i Haqq gave you the guide to help you get to the sirat al mustaqim (the straight path) and Allah also gave you a leader. Your leader, is Prophet Muhammad (saw) and your guide is Al-Quran Al-Karim. The society with whom you’ll abide by is the Nation of Muhammad or the community of ummah (nation). Have a look into the 9th verse of Surah al-Isra: “inna hādhā l-qurʾāna yahdī li-llatī hiya ʾaqwamu. Indeed this Qurʾān guides to what is most upright….” This is the rest of the verse: “…and gives the good news to the faithful who do righteous deeds that there is a great reward for them.” Again, in the 73rd verse of Surah al-Anbiya the Rabb (Lord) says: “wa-jaʿalnāhum ʾaʾimmatan yahdūna bi-ʾamrinā. We made them imams, guiding by Our command.” Indeed those imams leaders that guide us to the true path. The Nation of Muhammad is the leader of the nations of the world. They are obliged to be the leaders. This is the rest of the verse: “And We revealed to them the performance of good deeds the maintenance of prayers, and the giving of zakāt and they used to worship Us.” You see, these are present in the rest of the verse. Now, “wa-ʾammā thamūdu fa-hadaynāhum fa-staḥabbū l-ʿamā ʿalā l-hudā.” This quote is from the 17th verse of Surah al-Fussilat. Let’s see what our Rabb (Lord) said: “As for [the people of] Thamūd We guided them, but they preferred blindness to guidance.” This is the rest of the verse: “So the bolt of a humiliating punishment seized them because of what they used to earn.” Janâb-i Haqq says the following in the 10th verse of Surah al-Balad: “wa-hadaynāhu n-najdayn. Have We not shown him the two paths [of good and evil]?” Janâb-i Haqq has shown the haqq (the truth) and the bātil (the wrong) to the mankind. You see, the haqq (the truth), is the sirat al mustaqim (the straight path) of Islam that came from Allah. That path is the Islam, which came from Allah. It is the path to Allah. It will lead you to Allah. The path of Islam is the only way to Allah. The prophets have been entrusted in this way since the creation of the worlds (ālamin). The prophets are all officers of Islam.

Time Stamp: 35:01

The prophets were sent to guide the people to make a distinction between haqq (the truth) and bātil (the wrong), do not forget this! Why did Janâb-i Haqq sent prophets for? Allah sent the prophets due to the concepts of haqq (the truth) and bātil (the wrong). Janâb-i Haqq sent a book for the Prophet so that he may show you the reality of haqq (the truth) and bātil (the wrong). That book will assist him in making a distinction between haqq (the truth) and bātil (the wrong). That book is a furqan (criterion) book, that book is Al-Quran Al-Karim. You have a Prophet who conveys you this knowledge as he learned it from Allah, and as Allah explained. You have Prophet Muhammad (saw). Behold, and see what the Rabb (Lord) commanded in the 73rd verse of Surah al-Anbiya and the 17th verse of Surah al-Fussilat and the 10th verse of Surah al-Balad and the 9th verse of Surah al-Isra. Janâb-i Haqq sent a book, Allah sent revelations and ilham (inspiration). The honest believers see dreams. Allah equips the Messenger with divine revelations. The secrets are being discovered. Supernatural events, miracles (mujizat) and karamat (supernatural wonders) are being manifested. These are given in an objective, subjective and origin/source related, and deduction related forms. In other words, all of the above in the contexture of hidayat (guidance). O, my beloved friend! You see, this “ṣ-ṣirāṭa l-mustaqīm – the straight path” is the straight path for which you are obliged to ask for guidance from Allah. The leader of this straight path is Prophet Muhammad, and those who side with him. The travelers of that road is the servants who are munamin-aleyhim. They are the servants to whom Allah bestowed inaam (gift, reward) and guidance. This path leads straight to Allah. The guidebook of this path is Al-Quran Al-Karim and the leader of this path is Prophet Muhammad. The word ‘sirat’ means, Allah’s way, the main way. The 6th verse of Surah al-Fatihah says: “ihdinā ṣ-ṣirāṭa l-mustaqīm – guide us on the straight path.” My friend, read this surah, and understand its meaning well. The straight path is the path that leads to Allah. This concept incorporates the meanings of a straight bridge or a straight, uphill or downhill way, the overhead electric lines, the airlines. The nation of Islam introduces the true sharīʿah (canonical law) is ‘the straight path’. Be aware of all these! The word contains all of the abovementioned meanings. The esoteric meaning of the word is that it is a path that comes from Allah, and leads to Allah and it is drawn by Islam. In Ilm’ul Usul (the science of logic) the term has different aspects that incorporate at least sixteen different statements. You see, there is no ‘coincidence’ in Islam. There is a wisdom/knowledge (hikmat) behind everything. Every regarding the Absolute Ruler consists of wisdom/knowledge (hikmat). There are no coincidences in wisdom/knowledge (hikmat). It is a rule in the science of kalam that ‘coincidence’ is the opinion of the unwary and ignorant people. There are no coincidences in the worlds (ālamin). Everything is created with a wisdom/knowledge (hikmat) and the approval of Allah. Everything is predestined with a certain destiny quantity, measure, time, and space. Al-Quran Al-Karim contains the wisdom/knowledge (hikmat) of all words. You can’t find a single letter, or a single dot that is not filled to the brim with wisdom/knowledge (hikmat). The entire Quran is filled to the brim with the Allah’s utterances. This is from the 1st verse of Surah al-Zumar: “tanzīlu l-kitābi mina llāhi l-ʿazīzi l-ḥakīm.

The [gradual] sending down of the Book is from Allah, the All-mighty, the All-wise.” The [gradual] sending down of the Book is from Allah the All-mighty, the All-wise. In Islamic sharīʿah (canonical law) the concept of sirat al-mustaqim (the straight path) means ‘the correct path’. The other paths that lead to Allah are all closed except this one. Sirat al-mustaqim is the true way of bliss that leads to Allah. Sirat al-mustaqim is the truest path and the guidebook of this path is the Quran and its guide is Prophet Muhammad (saw). This path, sirat al-mustaqim, or rather the straight path is Islam. It is the sharīʿah (canonical law) of Islam. It is the way of the companions of Prophet Muhammad (asw). It is the way of Allah’s book, Al-Quran Al-Karim. In other words, it is the way of the congregation (jama’ah). It is the way of Janna (heaven). What I have conveyed so far is from the research-based exegesis’ of our muhaddiths and critics. These are the explanations of our muhaddiths, researchers, and critics. The correct way is the Nation of Islam. The path the Nation of Islam holds is the path of Islam itself. The confirmatory studies suggest that meaning of ‘the straight path’ is what the Nation of Islam must follow. The travelers of this road have all divine laws in their consciences. Please, listen carefully now. This path, is such a path its passengers have something in their bosom, and consciences. They have the entirety of all divine laws in their consciences. For Islam consists of divine laws. The sharīʿah (canonical law) of Islam is a divine system established with laws, and it is a divine contexture. Those who dissimulate the Islamic sharīʿah (canonical law) are anti-Islamic powers, they are of an outdated mindset. Their minds have been blackened and charred for they are devoid of the divine lights of Islam. Those traitors are outdated and backward-minded people. They are narrow-minded traitors. However, Islam is the light of all humanity, it is the path to salvation. Behold, Islam is sirat al mustaqim (the straight path). All worlds (ālamin) are properties of Allah and Islam is the order that Allah established. The religion of Isa (Jesus) is Islam as well. Same goes for Musa (Moses) too. The religion of all prophets including, Abraham, Noah and Salih, Adam, Dawud (David), and Hud is also Islam. They are all appointed in Islam, and the last Prophet is Prophet Muhammad. He is the Prophet of all humanity until the qiyāmah (judgement day). Prophet Muhammad is the Prophet of the entire mankind whether they believe or not. The order of mankind is the sharīʿah (canonical law) of Islam. The other canonical laws are fabrications of people. The divine assistance and guidance is bestowed upon those who follow this path of Islam. There is no assistance or guidance to those who follow a different path. This path is the only one that leads to the consent and approval of Allah. The others except this are the ways of the Jews who distorted the Torah, those who distorted the Bible. They don’t believe in Al-Quran Al-Karim. Those Jews, Nasrani’s (Christians), and the others are people of kufr (curse), shirk (polytheism), and nifaq (hypocrisy). Their path leads to Allah’s rage and wrath. These lead to deviancy, and heresy. Come, o my Jewish brother! O, my Christian brother! O, all nations outside of Islam! Come! O, my brothers! You are servants of Allah, and so are we.

We are all servants of Allah, so come to Islam. Come to the sirat al-mustaqim (the straight path) come to the way of hidayat (guidance) come to Allah’s mercy and grace! Come to salvation, come to the mercy of Allah, and come to Allah’s forgiveness. Come, and all of your prior sins will be forgiven. The moment you enter Islam all of your past will be forgiven. O, mankind! Allah’s laws are in place in the nature. O, mankind! Let’s see what Al-Quran Al-Karim says to every person. Allah’s laws are in place in the nature. The universe is obliged to abide by these laws. Allah is al-Haqim (The All-Wise). The system in the universe is a divine system. The name for knowing these laws is ‚ilm (knowledge) or science. Behold, if people have a proper knowledge of the divine laws in the nature then this is called as ‘science’. As for the religion, it is the divine laws that convey us to goodness. The concept of science falls under the religion because the proofs (ayah) of Allah in this universe are kevni ayahs (universal proofs conveyed in the Quran). The verses in the Quran are universal. When we say ‚din‘ or ‚religion‘ all worlds are within the contexture of Islam. As for the kevni (universal) verses, all sciences are working in order to make the exegesis of Allah’s verses. Therefore, studies in the exegesis of the Quran and studies for science all fall under the contexture of religion. As for the meaning of ‘religion’, it is the order established by Allah which is also called as sharīʿah (canonical law). The system in the universe is a divine system! The name for knowing these divine laws is ‘science’ and ‚ilm (knowledge)’. The name for the divine laws that lead to goodness is ‘religion’, ‘nation’, and ‘sharīʿah (canonical law)’. Looking for another religion outside Islam is bātil (the wrong) for religion is not manmade, it is something divine. The human-made religions are fabricated religions. All other religions except Islam itself are bātil (the wrong) religions. O, the world of man! All of the manmade religions that are non-divine which are fabricated by people are completely bātil (the wrong). People can’t make laws, and they can’t create anything. They can only utilize the power given by Allah. The willpower for utilizing that power is also given by Allah. Allah bestowed freedom of choice, and determination. When you resolve upon something and earn something for the better for the better or worse, it is still Allah who creates your earnings. However, Allah gave the servants the ability to choose between the good and the bad. Allah gave us the ability to freely choose a side, so do not forget this! People can’t make laws, but they can endeavor to discover the divine laws. Now, who is Al-Imam Al-Azam (may Allah’s mercy be upon him)? Who is Archimedes? Who is Newton? Who is Aristo, and the others? They are not law-makers, they are explorers in other words, they only discover. You see, Al-Imam Al-Azam one of the Islamic thinkers and Islamic jurisprudents who discovered the laws in the Quran in the best way possible. He is one of our greatest jurisprudents.

Time Stamp: 50:01

He is among those who discovered Allah’s ayahs (signs), and laws in Al-Quran Al-Karim. For he is one of the most prominent legists of ours who knows the Islamic jurisprudence perfectly and he is one of our pre-eminent âlims (Islamic scholars). That’s why considering discoveries of the explorers as ‘creativity denotes having no idea about the concepts of ‚the Creator‘ and ‚the servants‘. There are no other creativity in no one other than Allah, they can’t make laws. The servant is who discovers the laws that are in place. The laws of people who make laws themselves without acknowledging the divine laws don’t concern anyone but themselves. The laws of the Muslims are the divine laws and there cannot be other laws for the muslim for the earth and the skies are filled to brim with divine laws. The muslim endeavors to discover these laws. The entire humanity can only achieve success in discovery in other words, those who succeed are the discoverers of the divine laws. Allah’s commands and laws are indeed good, and they shield us from evil. There are so many good things that are forbidden these things are binded to a certain conditions. They all have certain standards and balances for they come from the divine. For everything related with the Divine has been created with a literal measure, standard, and balance. Beloved friends! This is from the 7th verse of Surah al-Fatihah: “ṣirāṭa lladhīna ʾanʿamta ʿalayhim – the path of those whom You have blessed.” We are endeavoring for the exegesis of this verse. We are working for the discovery of these verses we are endeavoring for the exegesis of these words we try to convey their contents. “Innate blessing,” in other words Allah favors and bounties. Janâb-i Haqq bestowed upon us innate blessings regarding the soul and the body. Behold, who gave you a soul? Is it a person? It can only be All-glorious Allah (c.c.) who can give a soul and a functioning body. You should have a look into the blessings concerning the body and the soul and then look at yourself, and the universe. Look at the other creatures! They have souls. The soul’s reflection to the body creates a spark of intellect. Behold, who gave you a brain and intellect? Had the entire world united, could they have created intellect for you? Have a look at your physical form, your organs and the complex systems within your body! Have a look at your organs! Have a look into the complex circulatory system nervous system, and other systems in your body! See how your cells formed such organs and systems! Their power comes with cleansing the nafs (self) from disgraceful things and incorporating following concepts into your self (nafs): ‚ilm (knowledge), ma’rifat (spiritual knowledge), greater morals, generosity and bravery, integrity, chivalry, chasteness, honest, and social honor. Have a look into concepts of having a rank and position or having a fortune and goods in your possession! You should also have a look into the bounties regarding the afterlife (akhirah). You see, forgiving the intemperance’s and shortness’s of people and having them achieve seeing the beauty (jamal) of Allah and having them enter the Janna (Paradise). These are the blessings regarding the afterlife (akhirah). This is the 6th verse of surah al-Fatihah: “ihdinā ṣ-ṣirāṭa l-mustaqīm – Guide us on the straight path.” You see, Janâb-i Haqq has filled that straight path with endless bounties, and innate blessings. There are endless blessings in the world in the souls and bodies, and in the afterlife (akhirah). There are endless and boundless blessings.

Time Stamp: 55:05

You see, there are innate and acquired blessings and bounties. There are blessings that look like evil, but actually good, and vice versa. The outcome has to be peace. The beginning of all blessings is to live, to have freedom to have īmān (belief), to have conscience, health and social order, and useful science, and good deeds. Do not forge this! The beginning of all blessings is to live. Who created you out of nothing, and gave you sustenance? The greatest blessing has started with your creation. Who gave you this liberty? Who granted you freedom? Who is the guarantor of your liberty. That is Allah, not anyone else. No one can guarantee your freedom except Allah. Can a slave be a guarantor for another slave? Freedom is only given by Allah, for Allah is the guarantor of freedom. You cannot find freedom when you step out of the boundaries of Allah’s order and enter into the service of others. These are the beginning of all blessings: to live, to be free .to have īmān (belief), to have a healthy conscience and having a social order, helpful science, and good deeds. Behold, in the literature of Islam, freedom means that people have all rights. Please, listen to this part carefully! What is the meaning of liberty in the literature of Islam? It means people have all rights. That is what liberty is. If people don’t have personal or social rights then mentioning liberty would be an unnecessary and absurd errand. If a person is not granted freedom of belief, and if he is restrained then we can’t mention liberty there even if that is what some people understand.

Al-Quran Al-Kareem – Tafsir (Exegesis) Lesson 6

I seek shelter in Allah from the rejected Satan. In the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most Merciful.“ Allah says: “wa-man yuṭiʿi llāha wa-r-rasūla fa-ʾulāʾika maʿa lladhīna ʾanʿama llāhu ʿalayhim mina n-nabiyyīna wa-ṣ-ṣiddīqīna wa-sh-shuhadāʾi wa-ṣ-ṣāliḥīna wa-ḥasuna ʾulāʾika rafīqaa,” in the 69th verse of Surah al-Nisa Sadaqa Allaah al-‚Azeem (Allah Almighty has spoken the truth). Invaluable friends, our lesson continues. Janâb-i Haqq conveys us the blissful society in this verse of the Quran. A blissful society forms a blissful congregation (jama’ah). We have to pay attention to the 69th verse of Surah al-Nisa in order to become a blissful society and a blissful congregation (jama’ah). Behold, in the verse of the Quran that I have recited in the beginning, Janâb-i Haqq says: “Whoever obeys Allah and the Apostle they are with those whom Allah has blessed including the prophets and the truthful, the martyrs and the righteous, and excellent companions are they!” O, most valuable friends! Those who wish to become a blissful congregation (jama’ah) must be attached to these principles. They must abide by the prophets, siddiqs (the righteous’) and martyrs, and the excellent companions who are the people of īmān (belief) for they are ‘ahdi zihni – who are present in minds’. There is also ‘ahdi harici’ who are the aforementioned. They are prophet Muhammad, and his ashab (companions). The blessing of success, which appeared in them in such a short time along with their blissfulness in this world and afterlife haven’t been recorded by the human history until that day. I’ll repeat this part due to its importance so please listen carefully and understand well. The human history haven’t recorded another example of such blessing of success and blissfulness in the world and in the afterlife. In the entire human history you cannot find another example of the high-morals of Umar. So many, siddiq (truthful, righteous) people have been raised in the school of Prophet Muhammad, or rather the Islamic ecole. So many Faruqs, Dhū al-Nurayns, Murtazas, heroes ulama (muslim scholars), suhelâ, martyrs and saleh (pious) people have been raised. There isn’t an example of the high-morals of Prophet Umar in the human history. In those times the conquest were spreading like wildfire. The divine justice was encompassing the skies. Umar, who have been engrossed in the pleasures of the truth with a patched shirt on his back. Into the eyes of the world (ālam) he was scattering a feeling of taunting bliss from the majestic rocks of kisras (enemies), and Kaisers. He wasn’t surprised when the world gravitated towards him with all of its bounties and blessings. He didn’t incline towards the worldly things. He didn’t even have the slightest thought of doing that. He wasn’t even surprised in the face of such favors. Abu Bakr al-Siddiq guided him and everyone in the passing of Prophet Muhammad. He walked, guided the others in Prophet Muhammad’s way. When they were ambushed in the cave Abu Bakr al-Siddiq felt sorrow.

Time Stamp: 5:04

Radeyallāhu ′anhum wa ardahum ajmain. At that time “lā taḥzan ʾinna llāha maʿanā,” this is from the 40th verse of Surah al-Tawbah. Let us see what Allah said in that verse. When that verse was revealed to him, he said: ‘Do not grieve; Allah is indeed with us.’. It is our Beloved Prophet (saw) who comforted him in that cave. A Faruq, needs a Siddiq, and a Siddiq needs a Muhammad. You see, the entire mankind is in need of Prophet Muhammad for Siddiqs and Faruqs, or rather trustworthy and wise people have been raised in the school of Prophet Muhammad. Murtaza’s and Dhū al-Nurayns, martyrs and Salihs have been raised. That blissful society who were present in minds via ‚ahd-i zihni‘ is the greatest example for the world. O, the predecessor and successor ulama (muslim scholars), have a look! It is clear via this well-known verse, “ṣirāṭa lladhīna ʾanʿamta ʿalayhim the path of those whom You have blessed,” that the way of Prophet Muhammad, and his companions and their customs explains all this. Those who earn the absolute bounties and blessings are those who have secured their salvation from deviancy, heresy, and Allah’s rage and wrath. The society of Islam is also them. What I meant is that sirat al-mustaqim (the straight path) is explicated by the ways and customs of Prophet Muhammad’s companions. You see, “ṣirāṭa lladhīna ʾanʿamta ʿalayhim – the path of those whom You have blessed,” or rather the ways and customs of Muhammad, and his companions. Those who follow this road are the travelers of ahlus sunnah wa’l-jamaat. Münamün aleyhim. This is the society to whom Allah granted inaam (gift, reward) and ihsan (excellence). The taqwā (piety) in Islam is this. There are those who deserve the punishment of heresy which is rage, anger, and wrath. Allah’s revenge upon someone is a necessity of Rubûbiyyet-i Rahimmiye. In other words, it is a necessity of Allah’s justice. Taking revenge from the tyrant’s is a necessity of Allah’s rahmat (mercy) towards the oppressed. Now, please listen to this part carefully. Allah’s anger towards the tyrants, and Allah’s retribute is due to Allah’s rahmat (mercy) towards the oppressed. However, the tests are not due to wrath. You can see explanations regarding the tests when you look into the 155th verse of Surah al-Baqarah. The Rabb (Lord) says, “wa-ʾidh qultum yā-mūsā lan naṣbira ʿalā ṭaʿāmin wāḥidin.” Let’s see what the tribe of Moses have said. Let’s see what Moses’ tribe has said: They wanted vegetables such as cucumbers, garlic, lentils, and onions. Now, this is the continuation of the verse: “He said, ‘Do you seek to replace what is superior with that which is inferior? Go down to any town and you will indeed get what you ask for!’ So they were struck with abasement and poverty, and they earned Allah’s wrath. For they could not win the test of Allah. They got struck by Allah’s wrath. That, because they would defy the signs of Allah. That was not only because of what they requested. They had continued to defy the signs of Allah, and kill the prophets unjustly.

Time Stamp: 10:03

That, because they would disobey and used to commit transgression.” Friends, this is the 167th verse of Surah al-Nisa: “ʾinna lladhīna kafarū wa-ṣaddū ʿan sabīli llāhi qad ḍallū ḍalālan baʿīda. Indeed those who are faithless and bar [others] from the way of Allah have certainly strayed into far error.” They have moved too far from the truth. They have deviated from the reality, and the truth. Valuable friends! Whoever renounces faith in Allah after [affirming] his faith —barring someone who is compelled while his heart is at rest in faith— but those who open up their hearts to unfaith upon such shall be Allah’s wrath and there is a great punishment for them. Dearest friends. It all seems pretty obvious. Those who are out of the Islamic Nation fall under “ghayri l-maghḍūbi ʿalayhim wa-lā ḍ-ḍāllīn those who have evoked [Allah’s] anger or of those who are astray.” Now, who are they? They are those who have evoked Allah’s wrath, or they have gone astray. Whosoever resides out of Islam have either incurred Allah’s wrath upon themselves or they are in heresy. This is because sirat al-mustaqim (the straight path) is the correct path that Allah introduced and that straight path is the ways and customs of Muhammad and his companions (ashab). Behold, one must be aware of this verse of the Quran: “wa-lākin man sharaḥa bi-l-kufri ṣadran fa-ʿalayhim ghaḍabun mina llāhi wa-lahum ʿadhābun ʿaẓīm.” You see, we must pay attention to this verse. Janâb-i Haqq says the following in the 106th verse of al-Nahl. “but those who open up their heats to unfaith upon such shall be Allah’s wrath and there is a great punishment for them. They are those who are struck by Allah’s wrath and rage. For your body, your heart, and your soul is given to you so that you may show īmān (faith). These are not given to you for you to deny or fall into kufr (disbelief), or shirk (polytheism) and also not for you to serve to a servant. You are created solely by Allah so that you may serve Allah. You are created for īmān (faith), and Islam. You see, the deviancy of the Christians were mentioned in the 77th verse of Surah al-Maidah. The difference of the Jews and the Christians from the other religions is limited to things like only eating what they slaughtered and marrying with their daughters. These religions are contrary to Islam but closer to it than the others but that is not due to their righteousness. That is for expanding the range of worldly blessings for the Muslims. However, that is also only for those among the Ahl al-Kitāb (People of the Book). Now, who are the Ahl al-Kitāb (People of the Book)? We have to know this as well. The Ahl al-Kitāb (People of the Book) is the people who believe in the religion brought by the real Isa (Jesus) Alaihissalam and the real Musa (Moses) which are the true Bible, and the true Torah. These people are considered as Ahl al-Kitāb (People of the Book). The true bible is no more, it has been disrupted and changed. Therefore the concept of People of Bible is long gone. The Psalm has also been disrupted and changed. The true Torah is also no more. However, Al-Quran Al-Karim has incorporated all of them into its structure therefore the statements in the Bible or the Torah that contradict Al-Quran Al-Karim are false. Such statements go against all of the divine books for Al-Quran Al-Karim is both Muheymin (Protector) and Mosaddeq (Verifier).

Time Stamp: 15:00

Al-Quran Al-Karim contains and protects the values in the others as well. Al-Quran Al-Karim contains Isa (Jesus) and Musa (Moses) under the protection of Islam. They are all present in the fundamentals (amantu) of Islam. The true Isa (Jesus) and Musa (Moses) are in Islam. They have distorted the information regarding Isa (Jesus) and Musa (Moses) and fabricated heretic, false, and unrealistic allegations which have nothing to do with the reality. Prophet Muhammad is a precursor of Musa (Moses). Prophet Isa (Jesus) was sent down as precursor of Prophet Muhammad, this was his noble quest. For that reason those we counted so far are almost opposite of Islam or rather they are almost reasonable. Nevertheless, they are the contrary of Islam. These are separated from the non-Muslims with ‘dâl biddelâle’. Islam has placed the border between the truth (haqq) and the wrong (bātil). There are Islamic and non-Islamic things, the line between them or rather the line between the truth (haqq) and the wrong (bātil) is drawn starting from this verse: “ghayri l-maghḍūbi ʿalayhim wa-lā ḍ-ḍāllīn. The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray.” O, muslim! Pay attention to this line! O, humanity! Come to Allah’s rahmat (blessing), maghfirat (forgiveness) and eternal bliss that is Islam. You should know that the religion of humanity is Islam because Islam is the last religion, and the last prophet is Prophet Muhammad and the last book is Al-Quran Al-Karim and there has never been another religion in the world at any time. The religion of all prophets has always been, and will always be Islam. Taberî Dürr-i Mensur and İbn-i Ebî Hâtim have said that they don’t know about any conflict between the mufassirs. In other words, they said they did not know any conflicts. The ‘Jews’ are those who fell into Allah’s wrath and the Nasranis (Christians) are those who have aberrated from the true path. There is a source, or report of this in Hadith-i al-Tirmidhi and Al-Tabari have also said that there are no conflicts amid the mufassirs. “There isn’t another verse similar to al-Fatihah in the Torah, Bible, Psalm, or Quran,” this is a hadith-i sharif reported by Ahmad ibn Hanbal. Surah al-Fatihah, or rather al-ham al-sharif is the greatest surah in the Quran. Surah al-Fatihah is Umm al-Quran (The Heavenly Quran). That is why this glorious and well-known surah is recited in every rakat of every namaz (salah). The Jews and the Zionists love this world, and they are selfish. They have forgot about the laws of the Torah, and they have disrupted it. They have killed prophets such as Zakariya (Zachariah) John (Yahyā), and Isa (Jesus) Alaihissalam unjustly. Thus they have earned Allah’s wrath, and the hatred of the people. They have lost their liberty, and they got divided. They have been meddling with secret communities since Prophet Suleiman. And they have made the all nations suspicious with lodges. They are the head acting exactly opposite of ‘being like an open book’. They are Zionists who regard the prophets as enemy. They are Zion Jews, and they have been trying to secretly govern the humanity from their lodges of imperialism. They also have certain activities that will evocate the wrath of Allah unto the humanity.

Time Stamp: 20:00

The Jews have always been trying to oppress the truth (haqq) by linking their religion with nationalism, or Zionism. They are falling even deeper as they try to crush the truth (haqq). They have gone too astray, so what is coming for them has to be close. “O, my Allah! “O, my Allah! Shield us from their evil! Amîn.” The Nazarites, or rather the Christians they were one of the two greatest powers of the world. Or, it would be fair to say they were the greatest. They were travelling towards an anti-climax for they had no balance of truth (haqq). Their obsession of triple deity. They were obsessed with idols and the sciences’ and knowledges’ hinges came off due to their triple deity beliefs. They have rendered the religion a curbing tool. They have tempted the idea of jurisprudence with their extremism. Their haqq sharīʿah (correct canonical law) was gone and their jurisprudence consisted of the principles of their spiritual leaders. They were a mixture of ‚lâhut and nâsut‘ which means a mixture of the divine and human made. As for the law, duruva and berike were different. The law consisted of the principles of the spiritual leaders. They were somewhat a mixture of the divine laws and the human-made laws. They only granted the right to live to the Christians which lead them to a great downfall and eclipse. The heresy was increasing and they have moved away from the truth, and the reality. They have earned a severe punishment and the salvation for humanity was needed. The salvation of humanity has been guaranteed with the Glorious Islam. The path to salvation was showed after we said ‘ihdinā – Guide us’. Al-Fatihah meant acknowledging Allah (c.c.). It contains the features of the universe. It is the main topic of Al-Quran Al-Karim and Islam. It’s principles and purpose is commitment to Allah. It incorporates all social secrets and principles of law along with all people of the religion of Islam. It incorporates all Muslims but excludes the non-Muslims the people with the wrong (bātil) mindsets and what stands opposed to justice. Its defined limit is saying ‘alhamdulillah’ with a glib tongue. By saying ‘alhamdulillah’ you incorporate all praises in this divine word. You announce your submission to Allah via that word. Allah is One. Allah has no partners nor comparables. There is nothing similar tor comparable to Allah. Allah is attributed with perfect attributes and Allah is devoid of imperfect attributes. Islam is completely divine, so it has no chance of being disrupted. Islam has renewed all of the past sharīʿahs (canonical laws). Islam has annihilated superstion, tales, stories fabrications and lies by introducing scientific facts. Islam has made the truth dominant. Islam is an absolute truth. Prophet Muhammad (saw) was sent down to the worlds (ālamin) as a rahmat (blessing) and Islam is revealed to him.

Time Stamp: 25:03

Islam consists of the divine laws that will convey you to the bounties of Allah safely without letting you fall into heresy or causing you to incur Allah’s wrath. Those who abandon Allah and praise and divinize the idols along with those who divinize mortals are both deviants and they have also incurred Allah’s wrath. Moreover, they will continue to be struck by Allah’s wrath. The piety is from us, and showing the true way of the religion and the sharīʿah (canonical law) is from Allah. No one can produce a religion and no one can produce a sharīʿah (canonical law). In these days we see some people trying to remove Allah’s sharīʿah (canonical law) and impose their own rules as sharīʿah (canonical law)! Be careful about them! Their impositions are human-based and full of shirk (polytheism). Theirs are human-based, so they can’t be a sharīʿah (canonical law) but they are shirk (polytheism). The concepts of religion, Islam, and sharīʿah (canonical law) are the Islamic order that Allah has introduced. Allah bestowed upon us the Quran for showing the true path, and assisting us. “Unless guided by Al-Quran Al-Karim no one in the world can attain a true irshad (guiding hand).” Islam is the laws of Allah. The Al-Quran Al-Karim that we hold hasn’t been disrupted or altered, not even a single letter is changed. The sunnahs (customs), and hadith-i sharifs (sayings of Muhammad) have also been protected. The societies that implement these correctly and affectionately will be saved. Now, please listen to this part carefully. The societies that implement these correctly and affectionately will be saved. The sun that gave us light yesterday, will also shine today. That is a law, the inductive method. Islam has been enlightening the world for fourteen centuries and it will keep enlightening forever. Islam, is the never-fading sun of yesterday. It has lighted once, and will never fade today, tomorrow, or ever. This is the inductive method. One has to look into the source of Islam itself in order to see this not to the Muslims who are having a downfall. One should investigate Islam not the Muslims who are desperate and miserable! The desperate and miserable Muslims are those who don’t perform their duties. The faithful have risen but the others aren’t fulfilling their duties in the name of the religion. One must search for their downfall in this nonfulfillment. People need to understand the entirety of Al-Quran Al-Karim Sunna (Customs of Muhammad), and Islam correctly. There can’t be an incompleteness in Islam and the shortcomings are not due to Islam. The shortcomings are in those who seek to find them in Islam. If a person who knows math well miscalculated you wouldn’t blame the mathematics. But who is to blame? You should blame the person who couldn’t calculate properly. As for Islam, it has no flaws or shortcomings. It is thoroughly crafted. Islam is a divine establishment, and a divine order which contains the divine laws. You see, the deficiencies are in those who can’t understand Islam correctly and those who can’t comprehend who to blame will continue to be miserable. Islam has no faults; Allah has no flaws and there cannot be deficiencies in the order of Allah. Almighty Allah says, “I have perfected your religion for you and I have completed My blessing upon you and I have approved Islam as your religion,” in the 3rd verse of Surah al-Maidah. Allah says that Allah has chosen Islam for us. O, muslim! Have a glance at the last fourteen centuries! The history that the world has never seen the history that shines splendorous .or rather the golden history, is the history of Islam. The history of Islam shines brighter, and it is the most glorious. Therefore, if you are miserable in this day, then blame yourself.

Time Stamp: 30:00

Then get up, and understand and comprehend the Almighty Islam well. And embrace Allah’s divine order tightly. Can crime be a preventive medicine? If you don’t abide by the laws and regulations but try to tailor them to your own needs than the laws are not to be blamed. You have to abide by the laws. You cannot tailor the laws according to your own needs. If you don’t follow the laws, but try to customize them for yourself then the punishment will be on you, the laws have no fault here. You have to abide by the laws, and not try to change them for yourself. You have to obey for those who don’t obey the divine laws are the ones who have incurred Allah’s wrath. Moreover, those who follow the laws without even knowing are deviants. The outcome of deviancy is also incurring Allah’s wrath. This is the problem with our generation. Some people are knowingly refusing Allah’s laws and command they don’t implement the divine laws others may implement them but they don’t know, and don’t want to know. Both of these groups have incurred Allah’s wrath. The humanity must save themselves from these groups. For this we say, “Allahumma ihdinā ṣ-ṣirāṭa l-mustaqīm ṣirāṭa lladhīna ʾanʿamta ʿalayhim ghayri l-maghḍūbi ʿalayhim wa-lā ḍ-ḍāllīn, amin!” All of the living in the earth and in the heavens including the angels say “âmin” to this. O, mankind! Recite Surah al-Fatihah well, and discover its hidden meanings. Recite Surah al-Fatihah al-Sharif (The Glorious Fatihah) well and understand its contents thoroughly. O, the Nation of Muhammad! You should start understanding Al-Quran Al-Karim with Surah al-Fatihah, and with the basmala. This is the 58th verse of Surah al-Imran: “dhālika natlūhu ʿalayka mina l-ʾāyāti wa-dh-dhikri l-ḥakīm. This is what We recite to you, [O Muhammad] of [Our] verses and the precise [and wise] message.” That is what Janâb-i Haqq has said. Moreover, the following is from the 22th verse of Surah al-Anbiya: “law kāna fīhimā ʾālihatun ʾillā llāhu la-fasadatā Had there been within the heavens and earth gods besides Allah they [heavens and earth] both would have been ruined,” said Janâb-i Haqq. In the 24th verse of Surah al-Anbiya Janâb-i Haqq says: „hādhā dhikru man maʿiya wa-dhikru man qablī“ So, what does Janâb-i Haqq says here? “This [Qur’an] is the message for those with me and the message of those before me. That is the values that this Qur’an mentions. and the truths it holds. But most of them do not know the truth, so they are turning away.” O, my dearest friend! The haqq and haqiqa (the truth and reality) is Islam and the Quran and the Islamic sharīʿah (canonical law) implemented by Prophet Muhammad. Those who turn away from these don’t know about the truth thus they fall into heresy. Now, this is the 9th verse of Surah al-Hijr: Innā naḥnu nazzalnā dh-dhikra wa-ʾinnā lahū la-ḥāfiẓūn. Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur’an and indeed. So, Janâb-i Haqq says that They have sent down the Qur’an. We will be its guardian, says Allah. This is the 25th verse of Surah al-Qamar: “Has the message been sent down upon him from among us? Rather, he is an insolent liar,” they have said. That is what the Thamūd Civilization has said regarding their Prophet. Allah, has caused the earth to swallow them. „ʾa-ʾulqiya dh-dhikru ʿalayhi min bayninā,“

Time Stamp: 35:01

I advise you to pay attention to what Janâb-i Haqq says. That was the 25th verse of Surah al-Qamar, says what Thamūd have said. And do not ever talk like the The Thamūd Civilization and embrace the truth. There are countless galaxies whose borders are indefinable. Our solar system is also in a galaxy in which a billion other stars reside. They are in motion in their never-ending orbits. Now, please have a glance at this order, the galaxies, and the whole of other stars. Who has established these billions of regularities? Who manages these systems? In the end of Surah al-Fatihah, the angels say, ‘âmin’. And our Beloved Prophet says that the sins of those who encounter their ‘âmin’ is forgiven. Beloved friends! We continue to explain the contents of al-Fatihah. We are trying to give you the quintessence of information regarding the many hidden treasures within Al-Fatihah. We’re trying to convey the essence of the notes. We are narrating the life-giving light. You see, the Quran is the Life-Giver. What prepares you for the immortal life is the Glorious Quran therefore it is the life-giving light. I advise you to have a look into Surah al-Anbiya and Surah al-Qamar, Surah al-Hijr, and Surah al-Imran. Do not dismiss Janâb-i Haqq from your mind, and always mention Allah with dhikr. Try not to forget about Allah even for a single moment. Dhikr means ‘mention, utterance, remembrance’. These things happen with the heart and the tongue. Dhikr is performed as a devotional act and one should always perform dhikr when he forgets Allah, or before forgetting Allah. The word ‘dhikr’ has meanings such as ‘repute, fame, to praise, to glorify, to honor, and to exalt’. The prayers in namâz (salah) is also called as ‘dhikr’. The divine books that explain the religious sharīʿah (canonical law) which introduces the national decrees is also called as ‘dhikr’. Now, this is the main matter. The books that explain the religious sharīʿah (canonical law) and books which introduce national decrees are called as ‘dhikr’ and foremost among these comes Al-Quran Al-Karim. So, another name for Al-Quran Al-Karim is ‘dhikr’. Dhikr means knowing Allah and Allah’s laws, implementing them in our lives and not forgetting about them. Allah, the wisdom/knowledge (hikmat) behind Quran, the universe people, the affairs of people and their works, these are all connected. In order to love Allah one must comprehend the relations and differences between ‚the heart‘, and ‚the eye that makes distinction between the truth and the wrong‘. You can only achieve these through Al-Quran Al-Karim. You have to know Al-Quran Al-Karim well in order to love Allah. Let’s see what one of the deviants have said. Some people speak of ‘determinism’, they claim that people are helpless, and under compulsion. That is utterly wrong. The ‘liberalism’ says that people are completely free and they create their actions, that is also utterly wrong. The truth is that people have free willpower, which is ‘bayne emrain’. However, people are not creators, people are free but they are not creators. So, what is the position of people? You see, it is somewhere between fear and hope. In other words they are neither under any compulsion nor are they completely self-ordained. The people are a mixture of soul, body, intellect, heart, ability activity, inability, and freedom of choice.

Their helplessness and their inability are witnesses of Allah’s Infinite Might and Power. Their inclinations and willpowers are also witnesses of Allah’s Will. You see, they are free to do whatever they wish with Allah’s rahmat (blessing). Thus and so, people write a fraction of their own destiny. In other words, Allah has predestined the servants with a fate but that is written in accordance with free choices and wills of the servants. That is called as ‘muallik kader’ which means ‘absolute fate’. When you consider people as attendants who is the supervisor, or rather in our case the absolute ruler? People are attendants, but there is certainly a supervisor. That supervisor is the ultimate ruler, and everything is his property. Now, that is Allah. In other words, Allah is the supervisor and the ultimate ruler. Therefore everything belongs to Allah. Those who think they are supervisors who refuse to accept the truth are the pharaohs of the world. Now, please listen to this part carefully. Allah is the absolute ruler. Allah reigns over all things, everything belongs to Allah. Allah is All-Able, and All-Capable. Those who consider themselves as supervisors are disregarding the laws and commands of the absolute ruler who is ‘māliki yawmi d-dīn – Master of the Day of Retribution’. This part is quite important, please listen carefully. Those who consider themselves as supervisors are disregarding the laws and commands of the absolute ruler who is ‘māliki yawmi d-dīn – Master of the Day of Retribution’. Those who consider themselves as kings are indeed pharaohs and the friends of pharaohs. The retribution is waiting for them. In this day, this is the mindset of those who side against the Islamic sharīʿah (canonical law). You have to acknowledge your true Rabb (Lord) and be an attendant under Allah’s command, be a servant and then you have to implement Allah laws and commands. For such people will earn rewards and salvation. May Master of the Day of Retribution bestow us a place among those who are saved.
