Turkish English Fikhi Ekber Lesson 24

Al-Fiqh Al-Akbar – Lesson 24

Eûzubillahimineşşeytânîrracîm, Bismillahirrahmanirrahim Elhamdulillahi Rabb’il âlemin. “Allahümme lekel hamdü küllüh ve lekel mülkü küllüh ve bi yedikel hâyru küllüh âlâ niyetühü ve sirruh fe ehlen inneke âlâ külli şey’in kadir.“ “Fe ehlen enneke entallahü lâ ilâhe illâ ente“ “Allahümme salli ve sellim ve bârik âlâ Muhammedin ve âlâ âli Muhammed bi adedi ılmi.“ “Sübühanâllahil azîm bi adedi hâlgîh ve mil’el-mîzân ve müntehe’l-ilm ve meblâr-rıdâ ve zinete’l-Arş.“

Most valuable and venerable friends, our lecture about the discovery notes of Al-Fiqh Al-Akbar continues. Almighty Lord says the following in the 96th verse of Surah Anbya: “ḥattā ʾidhā futiḥat yaʾjūju wa-maʾjūju wa-hum min kulli ḥadabin yansilūn” – “until when the Ya’jūj and Ma’jūj (Gog and Magog) are released, while they run down from every height,” this is where the 97th verse starts, “And [when] the true promise has approached; then suddenly the eyes of those who disbelieved will be staring [in horror].” Moreover, in the 158th verse of Surah al-An’am, the Lord says: “yawma yaʾtī baʿḍu ʾāyāti rabbika lā yanfaʿu nafsan ʾīmānuhā lam takun ʾāmanat min qablu ʾaw kasabat fī ʾīmānihā khayran” – “The day when some of your Lord’s signs do come, faith shall not benefit any soul that had not believed beforehand and had not earned some goodness in its faith.” In other words, when the sun rises from the west having faith will not benefit any disbelier. So, this is what Allah Ta’ala says about Isa Alaihis Salam: “wa-ʾinnahū la-ʿilmun li-s-sāʿati” – “The descending of Isa is a sign of the Hour (Day of Judgement)”. Friends, this is the 61st verse of Surah Az-Zukhruf. Now, there is this verse. “wa-ʾin min ʾahli l-kitābi ʾillā la-yuʾminanna bihī qabla mawtih,” this is the 159th verse of Surah al-Nisa. This is its translation: “There is none among the People of the Book [Christians and Jews] but will surely believe in him [Isa] before his death.” When the Hour will come Prophet Isa Alaihissalam will descend to the world, and all of the nations will indeed unite as the Islamic Nation, forming into a single nation. You see friends, the sharia is now the Sharia of Muhammad. Isa Alaihissalam will implement the Sharia of Muhammad when he will descend down to this world. Isa Alaihissalam will not come having another order, another book, or another sharia law; he will come as a member of the nation of Prophet Muhammad.

(Dakika: 5:01)

He will implement the Sharia of Muhammad in the world. Thereafter all nations will indeed unite as the Islamic Nation, and form into a single nation. Zaten Allah bir, din-i İslam da bir. The division, and breakup in the world is only due to the humanity, and their deviancy. Before Isa Alaihissalam comes, Mahdī will appear near Mecca and Madīnah, then he will come to Jerusalem, and then go to the Dajjal [anti-christ] and stay with him. Then Isa Alaihissalam will come to kill the Dajjal [anti-christ] by descending from the east minaret in Damascus and he will kill the the Dajjal [anti-christ] with one strike. When Isa Alaihissalam will descend to the earth, the Dajjal [anti-christ] will melt away, just like salt melts into water. Thereaster Isa Alaihissalam will meet with Mahdī, radeyallāhu ′anhu. They will perform a namāz together. Mahdī will point to Isa Alaihissalam for him to lead the namāz. However, Isa Alaihissalam will make an excuse by saying, “This namāz is done for you, you are more worthy to lead this namāz than me.” Isa Alaihissalam will follow Mahdī in order to reveal that he is following the Sharia of Prophet Muhammad. Thus, they will perform the namāz together. Hence Prophet Muhammad, sallā Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam, pointed to this meaning by saying, “If Isa Alaihissalam was alive, anything other than being subjected to me would not be permissible for him.” Friends, that is not only for Isa, even if all of the prophets came to the earth again, they would follow to Prophet Muhammad and his sharia.  This is not only for Isa Alaihissalam. Even if all prophets came to the world they are all the ummah of Muhammad, they follow him. They have no chance of bringing another sharia. The doors of prophethood were sealed by Prophet Muhammad. So, let’s take a look to this verse. “˹Remember˺ when Allah made a covenant with the prophets, ˹saying,˺ “Now that I have given you the Book and wisdom, if there comes to you a messenger1 confirming what you have, you must believe in him and support him.” He added, “Do you affirm this covenant and accept this commitment?” commanded the Lord in the 81st verse of Surah Ali ‘Imran. And this is its transliteration: “wa-ʾidh ʾakhadha llāhu mīthāqa n-nabiyyīna la-mā ʾātaytukum min kitābin wa-ḥikmatin thumma jāʾakum rasūlun.” Sadaqa Allaah al-‚Azeem. You see in this verse that Almighty Lord took a promise from all prophets. They have all affirmed the prophethood of Muhammad, and promised Allah to help him. We see in the verse that Allah said, “Do you affirm this covenant and accept this commitment?”, and they replied to Him by saying, “Yes.”.

(Dakika: 10:03)

According to the narration of al-Tayalasi in his Musnad [Hadith Collection], Isa Alaihissalam will stay in the world for fourty years and then he will die. The Muslims will perform his janazah namāz, and bury him. Also according to other narrations of hadith scholars, Isa Alaihissalam will be buried into a tomb between Prophet Muhammad and Abu Bakr. According to another narration, he will be buried into a tomb between Abu Bakr and Umar. How happy is Abu Bakr and Umar who take their place between the wings of the prophets. According to yet another narration, Isa Alaihissalam will stay in the world for seven years. These are different narrations. However, it is also said that the last one is the truest among them. The meaning of “fourt years” in the two afore narrations is his stay before and after ascending to the heaven. Because, Isa Alaihissalam had ascended to the heaven while he was at thirty-three years of age. If we add seven years to that equation, it makes 40 years. The following is from the Sharh Al-Aqidah: “In very deed, Isa Alaihissalam will have people perform namāz, he will be their imām, and Mahdī will follow him. Because, Isa Alaihissalam is a prophet. Therefore, his imāmship will be better.” There is a report saying that. Nevertheless, what Sharh Al-Aqidah says is not contrary to what we say. Thereafter, Ya‟joog and Ma‟joog [Gog and Magog] will emerge, and by the benediction of the prayer of Isa Alaihissalam, Allah Ta’ala wa Taqaddas (jalla jalaluhu) will destroy them [Gog and Magog] all. Then the believers will die, and the sun will rise from the west. Then Al-Qur’an Al-Karim will be ascended to the heavens.

Hence, Ibn Mājah reported the following hadith on the authority of Hudhaifah, radyallahu anhum wa ardahum awmain wa rahmatullahi alaihim ajmain: “Islam will evade the hearts and be gone, just like an apparel worns out and rots.” Just like water evaporates and escapes, Islam will one day evade the hearts and escape just like water evaporates and escapes. Such that things like namāz, fasting, sacrifice, or charity will not be recognized. Allah’s book will be gone in a single night, and there will not be a trace of it left on the earth.” You see, that hadith was reported by Ibn Mājah. Now, al-Bayhaqi had also reported this Hadith-i Sharif on the authority of ibn Masud, regarding the imam topic: “You should recite the Glorious Qur’an that al-Karim before it was removed from the earth. For the Hour shall not come until Al-Qur’an Al-Karim will be removed from the earth.  The Ashab-i Gûzin [the chosen companions], radeyallāhu ′anhum, had asked: “These books will be gone. However, how will that be for the Al-Qur’an Al-Karim that resides in the hearts? Upon that Prophet Muhammad, ʿalayhi ṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-salām, said, “They will sleep in the night. When they got up in the morning, Al-Qur’an Al-Karim will have been erased from their hearts, but they will say, “We knew something,” and delve into poetry. That is the narration of al-Bayhaqi. Friends… Valuable friends, al-Qurtubi said that this situation will occur only after Isa Alaihissalam’s demise, and after the people of Habesh destroyed the The Kaaba.

(Dakika: 14:59)

Another sign of the Hour is the news that say the Holy Ka’bah will be demolished by the Habeşliler. Al-Imam Al-Azam finished his afore remak which was about faith by asking for simple and pure guidance. When Al-Imam Al-Azam, rahmatullahi alayh, was alive, he wrote Al-Fiqh Al-Akbar, and his book Al-Wasiyyah was written when he was dead. These bequests of his which are his works were, of course, codified by his students. The root of knowledge of the religion has two sections. Not knowing one section brings harm to imān. Just like knowing Allah Ta’ala’s (jalla jalaluhu) personal (zati) and inherent (subuti) attributes, knowing risâlet and nübüvveti, and knowing some things about the Hereafter. The person has to know these things. Again, the owner of al-Maqasid described the science of kalam like this: “It is studying the religious beliefs from absolute evidence and knowing them.” I am repeating it so that you may not forget. “It is studying the religious beliefs from absolute evidence and knowing them.” So, if they ask, “What is kalam? What is Aqidah?” the roots of fiqh describe it like this. “These are the apostles, some of whom We gave an advantage over others.” – “Certainly We gave some prophets an advantage over others.” “tilka r-rusulu faḍḍalnā baʿḍahum ʿalā baʿḍin” – “wa-la-qad faḍḍalnā baʿḍa n-nabiyyīna ʿalā baʿḍin”. These were the 253rd verse of Surah al-Baqarah, and the 55th verse of Surah al-Isra. The messengers are all prophets in terms of prophethood. However, their ranks may differ. The greatest prophet is Prophet Muhammad. After him comes Abraham Alaihissalam, Musa Alaihissalam, Isa Alaihissalam, and Nuh Alaihissalam, there are gradations like that. That gradation is not in terms of the wealth that belongs to this world, rather it is in terms of the abundance of the “Ilm Al-Ladunni” which is also called secred knowledge. Or that is by the way of a broad provision. The greatest servant of Allah is His beloved Prophet Muhammad Mustafa,ʿalayhi ṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-salām.

Ibn Abbas, radeyallāhu ′anhu, said, “Allah Ta’ala (jalla jalaluhu) rendered Prophet Muhammad, sallā Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam, superior to all prophets and people of heavens.” In other words, Prophet Muhammad was rendered superior to all angels and all prophets. This report is from Ibn Abbas, radeyallāhu ′anhu. Our Prophet says the following in the Hadith-i Sharif which al-Tirmidhi and Muslim reported on the authority of Anas, radeyallāhu ′anhu: “enes seyyüdü velede Âdem yevme’l-kıyâmeti velâ fahra” – “I am the oldest of Adam’s children in the Day of Judgement. There is not self-praise in that.” In other words, he says that he is saying it because it is the truth, not in order to self-praise. That was reported in Sahih Muslim, and by al-Tirmidhi. Moreover, there are two narrations from our valuable muhaddiths. Let’s see what our Prophet says: Our Prophet said, “I will be bearing the flag of Liva al-Hamd with both hands. There is no self-praise in that.”

(Dakika: 20:13)

“Other than Adam all of the prophets will be present under my flag. I will be first to resurrect when the earth will crack open, and there is no self-praise in this. I will be the first one with the authority to intercede, and I will be the first interceder, there is no self-praise in this.” I am not saying these things to self-praise, says our Beloved Prophet. This Hadith-i Sharif was narrated by our valuable muhaddiths such as Imam Ahmad, al-Tirmidhi, and Ibn Mājah. Moreover, our Prophet said this in the narration of al-Tirmidhi which is reported on the authority of Abu Huraira: “I will be first to resurrect when the earth will crack open,” says our Prophet Muhammad. So, he says that he will be the first one to resurrect from below the ground. “Bana cennet elbiselerinden bir ipek elbise giydirilecektir. Sonra arşın sağ tarafından kalkacağım. O günde bu makamda benden başka yaratıklardan hiçbir kimse bulunmayacaktır” buyurmuştur. Valuable friends, these grand positions and ranks have not been granted to anyone other than Prophet Muhammad. Friends, Peygamber hakkında noksanlığa sebep olacak tarzda ve bir hasımlık şeklinde üstün kılmadır. Now, there are some people who talk randomly without relying on evidence. In here, Prophet Muhammad’s superiority is clear by evidence. That is brighter than the sun. One of them is rank that brings one closest to Allah, the other is the position of being chastened. You should be careful about these, too. Now, Allah’s exaltedness towards His creatures have been proved by more than one thousand clear, absolute, and firm evidence. The evidence and proofs are in place, so, think for a second. Now, where authentic and real evidence is in place, unreal proofs are not counted amid the evidence.

Now, the Mi’raj, and ascribing space to Allah. Never! Allah is free and far from time and space. He created the time, and the spaces. The times, spaces, and universes are in need of Allah, while Allah is not in need of anyone. There is no doubt that the place of al-Isrā [The Night Journey] is far superior to the Musa Alaihissalam’s journey. In other words, the Mi’raj was not granted to anyone other than Prophet Muhammad. So, it can’t be less superior to the position of Yunus Ibn Matta. Now, some people have held Yunus Alaihissalam superior, this is the reply that is given against those. It is said that the Mi’raj is superior to the journey of Musa. The Mi’raj has only been granted to Muhammad. Valuable friends, “And He [Allah] is with you wherever you may be.” This is the 4th verse of Surah al-Hadīd. Moreover, this is from the 16th verse of Surah Qaf, “wa-naḥnu ʾaqrabu ʾilayhi min ḥabli l-warīd” – “and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein.” There is also the 18th verse of Surah al-An’am, “wa-huwa l-qāhiru fawqa ʿibādihī” – “He is Dominant over His servants, and He is the All-Wise, the All-Aware.”

(Dakika: 25:10)

That means having divine glory. Almighty Allah’s glory is exalted, eternally and everlastingly. The Hanbalites who ascribe direction to Allah, and a gruop from the Mujassima (anthropomorphists) are not in this opinion. Allah Ta’ala is free and far from what their attribute. Friends, it is so strange that thier explaiantion proves the exaltedness of Allah Ta’ala. The Trusted Spirit [Gabriel] has brought it [Al-Qur’an Al-Karim] down upon your heart, so that you become one of the warners.”

Now, Almighty Lord sent down Al-Qur’an Al-Karim to Prophet Muhammad’s heart. Zirâ nüzul ve tenzil kelimeleri alâ harf-ı cerriyle müteaddî olurlar. Abu Muti asked to Abu Hanifa about the person who says, “I don’t now whether Allah resides in the earth, or the heaven.” And Abu Hanifa said that the person who said it like that became a blasphemer. For Allah Ta’ala commands, “ar-raḥmānu ʿalā l-ʿarshi stawā” – “The Most Merciful [who is] above [the seven layers of heavens] the Throne established,” he commanded. Moreover, Imam Abdessalam records this remark of Al-Imam Al-Azam: “Whosoever says that he does not know whether Allah resides on earth or on heavens becomes a blasphemer.” For Allah is the most exalted. He becomes the one who attributes Allah with attributes of the creation. Allah has no comparables. “The one who thinks that Allah has a place, is the one who compares him to the creatures.” “For this remark brings to mind that Allah has a place.” Allah is free and far from time and space.

Friends, you know Abu Muti, he is amongst the hadith scholars. Abu Hanifa used to believe in the mutashabihaat of verses, and he would abstain from their explanations. Again, the mutashabih verses and attributes are considered without a how/modality, so he submits their meanings to Allah Ta’ala. Besides, grand thinkers do not do small works. They act bigger. The ninth heaven did not exist when Allah Ta’ala was existent. Allah does not need the ninth heaven either. For He created all realms, heavens, worlds, throne, and ninth heaven later. Allah was existent when they were not. Allah is free and far from time and space. Bishr al-Marīsī said this while prostrating, “I glorify Allah who is both in the ninth heaven and the ninth circle of hell,” this is blasphemy and atheism.

That is deviancy about Allah’s names. For the sky is the kiblah of the prayer. This is because the sky is where the blessings were sent down. We would have needed to face the sky while praying. Now, Almighty Allah… We believe that Almighty Allah is the most Exalted with every fibre of our being and we gravitate towards Allah.

(Dakika: 29:51)

Now, the meaning behind facing the sky is not the heavens. It is Allah’s exaltedness. “When My servants ask you about Me, then (tell them that) I am near. I respond to the call of one when he prays to Me.” This is from the 186th verse of Surah Baqarah. Now, these are attributes without how/modality. Their how and quantity is only known to Allah. He is an exalted entity. The ālims accepted that it is pure servitude to raise the hands to the sky while praying. Moreover, just as the Kaaba is the kiblah of the bodies, in the state of praying the sky became the kiblah of the hearts. The heart can only orientate towards the creator of the heavens. The reason for raising the hands towards the sky is that the skies are the warehouses of provision. Thusly, Allah Ta’ala says this regarding this topic: “wa-fī s-samāʾi rizqukum,” – “And in the sky is your provision.” The orientation of the heart is not to matter, not to the skies, but to Allah. That is the exaltedness of Allah for he is the most exalted. The how and quantity of this is best known to Him.

After our Prophet, the greatest prophet is Ibrahim Alaihissalam. Friends, he is the grandfather of Prophet Muhammad. “inne İbrahime hâlilullahi elâ ve ene hâbibullahi” Look, in this hadith he said, “Indeed Ibrahim Alaihissalam is Khalilullah (the friend of Allah) whereas I am Habibullah (the beloved of Allah).” You see that in this report resides that narration of our Prophet. In the beginning of the hijri century, Al-Ja’d ibn Dirham was present, and for this reason Khaalid Ibn ‚Abdullah Al-Qasree had strangled Al-Ja’d in Wasit. Now, after saying, “Verily I am sacrificing Al-Ja’d Ibn Dirham, for indeed he claims that Allah did not take Ibrahim as a khaleel (close friend),” then he descended from the khutbah and executed him by cutting his head. There is a report that goes like that. It is also said that this action of  Khaalid Ibn ‚Abdullah was due to the legal opinion (fatwa) of the Islamic scholars of that time.

Now, the most virtous of the prophets after Ibrahim Alaihissalam is Nuh Alaihissalam, then Musa Alaihissalam, and then Isa Alaihissalam. The messengers who are mentioned until now, Prophet Muhammad, alayhi ṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-salām, Ibrahim, Musa, Isa and Nuh Alaihissalam are superior to all other prophets. These five prophets we counted are the most virtuous of the prophes, and they were mentioned as Ulul’azm Prophets (arch-prophets). “He has ordained for you people the same religion as He had enjoined upon NūH, and that which We have revealed to you (O prophet,) and that which We had enjoined upon Ibrāhīm and Mūsā and ‘Īsā by saying, “Establish the religion, and be not divided therein,” commanded the Lord in the 13th verse of Surah Ash-Shuraa.

(Dakika: 34:55)

After Ibrahim Alaihissalam comes Nuh Alaihissalam, and after him comes Musa Alaihissalam, and then comes Isa Alaihissalam. So, there are different opinions about the gradation. Moreover, Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti said that he did not know a narration about which of these three prophets are superior. Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti is an invaluable Islamic scholar, rahmatullahi alayh wa alayhim ajmain. “And (recall) when We took from the prophets their covenant, and from you and from NūH and Ibrāhīm and Mūsā and ‘Īsā, the son of Maryam, and We did take from them a firm covenant,” this is the 7th verse of Surah al-Azhab. The four prophets were mentioned in the order of their existence. However, our Prophet was mentioned before. Look, the last prophet is the prophet from whose substance and lighted were created all realms, and he is Prophet Muhammad, the greatest prophet of Allah, and His greatest servant. For in the known world his rank is superior to all of the others. In other words, Prophet Muhammad’s rank comes before all others in the known world. Moreover, Prophet Muhammad, sallā Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam, was sent as a prophet for all humanity, all ages, all nations whereas the other prophets were sent for states, cities, towns, and villages. And they were also sent for a period of time while Prophet Muhammad is sent for all ages, and nations, until the Hour comes, and the last prophet from then on is Prophet Muhammad, ʿalayhi ṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-salām. “Blessed is He who sent down the Criterion to His servant that he may be a warner to all the nations,” this is the 1st verse of Surah al-Furqan. And this is its transliteration: “tabāraka lladhī nazzala l-furqāna ʿalā ʿabdihī li-yakūna li-l-ʿālamīna nadhīra.” You see, this verse and similar verses are sent for Prophet Muhammad, and all realms, and even for the heavens and all angels. “Should any of them say, ‘I am a god besides Him,’ We will requite him with hell.” This is the 29th verse of Surah al-Anbya.

Now, in an Hadith-i Sharif that was reported in Sahih Muslim, our Beloved Prophet, sallā Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam, says: “Du’ıztü ilel hâlgî kâfeten,” – “I was sent as prophet to all people.” Look, also in the 107th verse of Surah al-Anbya the Lord says, “wa-mā ʾarsalnāka ʾillā raḥmatan li-l-ʿālamīn” – “We did not send you but as a mercy to all the worlds,” commands Almighty Lord. “Allah Ta’ala has poured an abundant water, and they earn life from it. There are some who lost their lives and earn their lives. It was a blessing for both. However, the lazy ones took this blessing as distress and hardship for themselves, and could not gain benefit from it.” Valuable friends, al-Zamakhshari said that remark by also giving an example. Allah Ta’ala has poured an abundant water which is also a blessing for the worlds. Some people knew how to gain benefit from that blessing in every way, and earned their lives. And a group of people abandoned gaining benefit from this blessing, therefore they lost their lives.

(Dakika: 40:11)

Also here we see that Prophet Muhammad is a prophet of mercy sent down for all realms. Again, it is narrated in Sharh Al-Aqidah that our Beloved Prophet said, “I am the greatest child of Adam but there is no self-praise in that. I am telling you this because it is true.” For the prophets always speak the truths. Allah Ta’ala won’t hesistate from speaking the truh, same goes for His messengersi too. The truest, and most loyal people are the prophets who are attributed with the attribute of siddiq (trustworthyness). And their Sayyid and their imām is Prophet Muhammad. Now, there have been glorious narrations reported from our Prophet. Moreover, in the 110th verse of Surah Ali ‘Imran, “kuntum khayra ʾummatin ʾukhrijat li-n-nāsi taʾmurūna bi-l-maʿrūfi wa-tanhawna ʿani l-munkari,” said our Almighty Lord. This is its translation: “You are the best nation [ever] brought forth for mankind.” Muhammad’s nation is the best nation of all nations. So, let’s look at their traits, “you bid what is right and forbid what is wrong,” says the Lord. The Nation of Muhammad came to this day by continuously doing that, they must keep doing it, and they are.

They do their duties. We became the best of the nations for the reason that we believe in the most superior of the Apostles. We should do our duties correctly, and know its value. In terms of theoretical strength, the top of true perfection is recognizing Almighty Allah Ta’ala and knowing Him. Allah, the most exalted. In terms of theoretical strength, the top of true perfection is recognizing Almighty Allah Ta’ala and knowing Him. And perfection in physical strength is worshipping Allah Ta’ala. The ones who know Allah and obey him are the ones who will reach or has reached the summits of maturity. The traces of their sharia are gone, rather there are works of cruelty. The signs of cruelty had encompassed the humanity at that time. Blasphemy clouded every part of the earth, and false things were all over. The Arabs took the idols for god. They used to bury the girs alive. Friends, they even made a law out of that. The greatest act of murder became a law. Then working towards corruption was an ongoing tradition, to spill blood was our common nature, and ransacking by brute force was a valid trade. The Iranians were worshipping fire, they were having intercourse with their mothers. The Rums are contiuniong to destroy other towns. They have deviated from the way of Isa and the Bible, Musa and the way of Torah. They were not different from the others. Look at the situation of the world when it was such a miserable state… The Rums were continuing to ruin other towns. They were inflicting cruelty upon the citizens of the countries they defeated.

(Dakika: 45:04)

They were violating people. Their religion was to worship idols. So, this is the situation of both the Rums and Byzanites. They were present in the world. Two major states. Their so called justice was to torture people. The majority of the Indian people did not know anything other than worshipping idols and burning themselves with fire. So, that was the situation in India and near China. The Jews were busy with distorting the fundamentals of their religion, attributing Allah with attributes of the creation, and refuting the Messiah [Jesus]. They wanted to crucify Isa, and they denied him. They called Isa a bastard. They said that Mariam earned Isa through fornication. Friends, they were busy with the belief of Incarnation and Telhis. The Christians and the Jews had deviated from the way of Isa and Musa, and the way of the Bible and the Torah. The flag of the nation which is bound to the monotheistic faith emerged, when false heresies and unreasonable ignorance were destroyed, when Prophet Muhammad, ʿalayhi ṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-salām, who was a loyal prophet who is supported by open miracles, signs, and a radiant nation, has opened a true path via a firm religion, and he was sent as a warner to remove the broken justice and cruel taxes by means of superior politics which are just, and utter worships, and by means of the pure monotheistic faith which is firm and which is the necessity of the mind. You see, those who deny these truths were removed, and they minds were englightened in knowing the their creator. The people returned to loving the Lord from loving the world. As the meaning of prophethood is fulfilling the flaws in practical and scholarly strength, an Almighty Islam, and a Sharia of Muhammad were born in the world and it is more extended, more well-known, and much perfect than the sharia of Musa, Isa, or all other prophets. Then it embraced the entire world, all nations by its profundity. The invitation of Musa Alaihissalam was devoted only to the Israelites. Musa, is the prophet of Israel. He was sent to Isreal. Isa was also like that. On the other hand, Prophet Muhammad is a universal prophet. He is the prophet of all ages and all nations. For us, they are like a drop of water in an ocean. They are like a drop in the sea of Musa, Isa, and Muhammad’s. So, what is the current situation of Israel amid all nations? They are like a drop amid the population of the world. At that time Isreal was less populated then today. Only a small community believed in Isa Alaihissalam. Isa had only twelwe disciples. So, in that circumstance, we knew that Prophet Muhammad Mustafa, sallā Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam, is the greatest of prophets, and the foundation of the wali servans. He is also the leader of all awliya. He is the pioneer of all prophets, and their imam. The sultan of the Prophes, the greatest and most exalted prophet, most beloved servant of the Lord, the pious, efdalü’t tâhâyâ Prophet Muhammad Mustafa sallā Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam is the prophet who is sent for the universe, he was sent for all nations and ages, and he is the last prophet.

(Dakika: 50:21)

Thereafter there is no chance of his sharia and Al-Qur’an Al-Karim to be disrupted, until the Hour. Also it is said that one prophet is superior to all wali servants. “All wali servants,” this is important. Many nations have said that the wali servants are superior to the prophets, and they were so wrong. They deviated due to what they said. For a wali servant can’t be superior to a prophet. Allah sents down the Prophet with sharia. He sents him with a book and a sharia. The awliya follow the steps of that prophet. Even if you could muster all awliya together in one person, he can’t be superior to a prophet. All of them. Even if you add up the ranks of all of them. They base their opinions on that Musa Alaihissalam learned his knowledge from Khidr Alaihissalam. They wer also wrong in that matter. Khidr Alaihissalam did not know the science of sharia which Musa knew. But Musa learned al-Ladunni (the divinely-inspired knowledge) from Khidr. In this aspect, the scale, the scale of rank was higher when it comes to prophethood. Also it is debatable whether Khidir Alaihissalam is a prophet or not. However, they ruled that Khidr who is a wali was superior to Musa Alaihissalam. They were wrong in that, too. Musa Alaihissalam is a great prophet. Howsoever many awliya there may be, the rank of prophethood is always higher.

Khidr is a prophet. Look if he is not a prophet like some people believe, the aforementioned sitaution about learning is a test about Musa Alaihissalam. It is not possible for a prophet to be in lower rank than a wali because he can become a wali by following that prophet. For that reason friends, there are some opinions which have no correlation with the truth, these are called, “evliyacılar”. They ignore the prophets, and hold the awliya far more exalted in thier eyes, and they also exceed the bounds, and understate. In fact, the awliya have never had such opinion. These are the opinions of those woh devaited from the awliya and their path. For our true awliya never had a chance to say, “I am a prophet,” or “I am superior to the prophets,” and they never done such things. May Allah bestow his rahmat upon the wali servants, kaddesallahü esrarehüm. Good wishes and prayers to all prophets. To our Beloved Prophet Muhammad be good wishes and prayers. Infinite and boundless thanks and praises to our Almighty Lord. Elhamdülillah bi adedi halgîh.
